I had a terrible time paying electronically. My Apple Pay didn’t work (tho it’s worked perfectly both before and since that incident), and nor would any of my other debit/credit cards (same issue - and the problem only happened at that one place). I was in an extreme hurry, and fortunately I just so happened to have more than enough cash (I usually don’t). It took a very long time to get out of there because of it, and simply to add the top half of my gas tank. The tap-payment machine looked rather worn out, it would be great if they replaced it ASAP. I don’t think I’ve ever before had so much trouble paying for something in my life, I’m sorry to say.

Asked the cashier if there was still the high pressure undercarriage wash, as it is now a 7-11 carwash, and not an Esso branded one, was assured that yes, guess I should have asked if it actually did anything. $19 for the premium car wash, I went specifically for the undercarriage wash, which as about as effective as driving through a small puddle. One the wash cycle finished, the light to drive forward came on, didn't even make it to the drying nozzles before they shut off. Save some $, use a garden hose and a palm leaf to dry! Never returning to this station.

Extremely bad service provided by cashier. Washroom out of service according to her no sign board available no paper towel available on outside totally cheap service provided by Esso.

I went in this morning to buy some stuff my id was expired so the lady denied selling cigarettes to me then proceeded to ask if i was a mystery shopper multiple times like she was gonna still sell them to me not sure how that works but i dont think they are supposed to be asking if your a mystery shopper multiple times

Complete waste of time and money. This so-called “car wash” is a joke. Nothing was working—no engine wash, no tire cleaner, no dryer, not even a vacuum. The only thing that worked was the rinse, and even that felt like a weak drizzle. My car came out almost as dirty as it went in, just wetter. It’s like paying to stand in the rain.

The Worst car wash ever. I had to use 3 different bays to rinse, soap and vacuum the car. Wasted almost an hour for a simple car wash. Didn’t finish washing the car. I got frustrated and left. Very horrible and pathetic place to be. If you value time and your mental health, DO NOT GO THERE
