This has got to be one of the worst locations to deal with in the city. Printers in the pumps NEVER work and the staff doesn't care at all. They all have the worst mood and attitude. Quit your job if you can't be a professional customer service representative.

Wow I could not believe what happened the other day when I walked into the store and purchased a Slurpee with ice cream and then went to blow my nose on a napkin and the child that was at the till in the store told me that this wasn't my house and I wasn't allowed to blow my nose in the store I've never been treated so rude in my life this has to be the worst place I've ever been in my life

Their gas filling machines, none of the cards work. They want you to deliberately come inside the store, hence not convenient

It's a gas station. They have gas and an expansive selection of drinks and snacks.
My one star reduction is because the last few months, it feels like the car wash is closed/not functioning more often than it's open.

Dont hire 70 year olds that dont speak English. If the other coworker wasn't there I could not have completed my purchase.

Worst Esso station by far. Have been a loyal Esso customer for a long time. This Esso consistently has the worst service and cheats people out of gas. I pressed regular gas and it always somehow jumps to one of the more expensive options. I had that happen again today but unfortunately I didn't catch it in time. I went in to ask the attendant and he had no clue what I was even talking about. He wouldn't help me and told me come back in the morning when there is a manager on site. I asked him how could I prove my situation. He wouldn't take down my number or give me any info I could share with the manager to rectify this. Honestly this location should change managers and owners asap as they are poorly trained and are consistently rude.

NEW“I’ve been a regular customer at Esso- On The Run store for quite some time, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I arrived around 10:20 in the evening today and asked for a pack of smokes I usually purchase. The person behind the counter, of Indian descent-(I am not entirely sure of his name but he was working today i.e- Nov 3 Friday 10:20 pm)responded rudely in his native language, saying, ‘Nahi hai,’ meaning ‘I don’t have it.’ What bothered me the most was the lack of professionalism and respect in his tone.To make matters worse, the attendant was engrossed in some inventory calculations, which seemed like a poor excuse for such discourteous behavior. I hadn’t been rude, and I was more than willing to provide my ID, so I couldn’t fathom why I was treated so poorly.Customer service should be the backbone of any business, and it’s disheartening to experience the opposite. I hope that the management of On The Run takes note of incidents like this and ensures that such behavior is addressed and rectified in the future. As a loyal customer, I expected better and hope to see improvements in the service provided.I kindly request that this issue be escalated and that I be kept informed about the steps taken to prevent others from having a similar experience, especially when they are rushing to the store before it closes for their necessities.”
