I stopped to get a beer at brewery near his shop when I got to my truck it wouldn't start, him and his wife noticed and he happily come over and got my truck started and back on the road so I could get back to my family in time. This man is a gem and refused any payment and deserves both sides of his pillows cold on a hot summer night. Please support this man's business

My truck needed a new starter, Sam was willing to wait for me to get it to him, well past his shops closing time. He replaced the starter, cleaned the battery connections to ensure everything was good to go. Then followed up with a couple of emails to ensure everything was good.
I have never had such excellent customer service, reasonable price all with spot on diagnostic skills. I highly recommend Sam.

Samir was very professional and friendly. He inspected the vehicle and then said what needs to be done. He was accomodating when we decided what to get fixed based on our budget. Samir did an excellent job with the repairs. He also fixed some extra small things free of charge. If there are future issues needing fixing I would choose to return to him.

My truck broke down. I googled the nearest mechanic shop and FAIR AUTO was the one. I called and Sam answered . It was after hours. When I told him my situation, he actually came back to his shop and waited for me. He fixed my truck on time. He was professional and honest . The price was very fair just like the name.

Highly recommend Fair Auto. Recently had my vehicle serviced (water pump, timing belt, fluids). The communication throughout the entire process was transparent and my vehicle was back to me very quickly. Great experience. We also take all of our company fleet vehicles for service to Fair Auto as well.
