Do not ship with them, they are the worst. I am expecting a package since monday. It’s end of week nothing. Delivery guy doesn’t even wait 10 seconds before leaving when a delivery require a signature. Shame on them

Terribly managed outlet inside Staples. One person staffed with a ten people waiting. Sad and slow service!

Service here seriously need improvement. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and I had to go here 2 days in a row for them to tell me they couldn’t create a return label for my package. They were not pleasant and not helpful
