This is my first experience with this shop and I must say that I’m beyond impressed with the knowledge, expertise, professionalism and customer service of Dylan and his team! 🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻 Dylan is a customer’s dream in every way possible as he is friendly, efficient, courteous, knowledgable, and goes above and beyond your expectations of great service every single time I’ve spoken with him over the phone! 👍🏻👍🏻 Can’t wait to meet you in person and the reason I haven’t is why this shop and their team are the best in the city. I’ve always taken my car to another shop in town because of prior accidents and assumed they did a good job in fixing my vehicle, but apparently they didn’t. Dylan was able to find damages from an accident back in 2008 and not only did his thoroughness and expertise uncover a major safety issue that has gone unrepaired and unnoticed by me for all these years, but he was also able to get my insurance company to cover the immense cost of these repairs! 👍🏻👍🏻 If this doesn’t make Dylan a brilliant superstar in the Autobody business, then I don’t know what does! 🤩🤩 You are a superstar Dylan, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise! 🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻 I have told all my friends and family about you and your amazing shop, so you now have a customer in me and my family for life! 😍😍 Please run, don’t walk to this shop and especially to Dylan for all of your Autobody needs in Edmonton, and keep up the outstanding job of caring so above and beyond all reasonable expectations for your customers Fix Auto! 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I would not recommend anybody going out there for body work. If you can’t fix it properly then don’t do it. You are getting paid really good money. Quality of work is everything.

After my Mustang was involved in a collision resulting in damage to the headlight,bumper and grill. I brought it to fixauto on the recommendation from Insurance.
Its been approx 4 months since the work was completed and I am more then impressed. My car looks brand new again! The 3m they applied shows no signs of peeling, and all work repaired is solid.
The staff was in constant contact throughout the whole ordeal and came thru amazing.
Highly recommend !

Very friendly, courteous and helpful service. My vehicle was finished earlier than quoted, even with a long weekend between my drop off & pick up dates, which made me happy. They helped fix an issue with my rental vehicle. They went above and beyond.

Fix Auto is an amazing shop. I dealt with Dylan Sexton and I just can't say enough good things about my experience. Dylan took very good care of me through the process of having my car written off - through no fault of my own. He managed to make a very stressful situation as best as it could be, being thoughtful, caring and communicating with me through the entire process. I never needed to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. He booked the rental for me, made arrangements to have the the rental company pick me up, and when it came time to remove my personal items from my vehicle, he crawled into my trunk through the backseat (rear-ended, trunk didn't open) and helped me move my items to my rental vehicle. Now that's customer service!I wanted to keep my studded winter tires and he was most thoughtful about my being able to get what I wanted every step of the way. Dylan and the Fix Auto Shop get an A+ on communication and customer care.
