I recommend this shop, the staff very courteous and the work they did on my car excellent, it was a blow on the fender and they repaired it perfect I give them a 1000 for the work, very professional and guaranteed. And at the end they detailed my car, they painted my bumper, very happy for the work they did, I recommend this shop 100%

The folks here at Fix Auto Strathcona were great to deal with. Not only did they do excellent work on my vehicle, they also provided valuable, honest advice on the whole insurance repair process (when my insurance was being extremely difficult!). They even went above and beyond to help me put myself in the best possible position for an upcoming OPI. I would certainly go back to them if I ever need their services, and I would recommend them to anyone. You are in good hands with Lew and his team.

I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto after a collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They have a family business feel, and made me feel comfortable right away. They also worked with me to keep the cost within my budget, and I ended up paying even less than I was quoted.

If I could give a zero, I would. This could have been one of the most disappointing customer experiences I have ever had. I had used them before and everything had been great. This time, yikes. My vehicle had been damaged when my neighbor clipped the front of my vehicle. Seemed simple enough. I took it into Fix as per my fleet company's request. I was not sure if it was a non-drivable. The guy I spoke to said he would need to check with my company and would let me know. Flash forward a week and I needed to swap the vehicle out for a rental. I went into the shop to drop the vehicle off. I asked about the estimate. At this point, the guy (apparently the manager) said that he had told me that he needed to pull the bumper to check. he had not and I started to say he hadn't. At this point, he started yelling at me. Like, actual yelling. I was shocked and yelled back. I told him I wanted the keys back and would go somewhere else. He threw the keys (about 10 feet away) back at me and told me I could go. Again, shocked. He then seemed to realize that he had gone to far and made a half-heated attempt at an apology. Whatever, it wasn't my vehicle so I didn't really care who fixed it. However, if it was my car, I would have left in a second. Fast forward 7 weeks later, my vehicle was ready to go. Went in to pick it up. Same guy. No thanks or appreciation for the business nor a single comment acknowledging the previous interaction. There were maybe 5 words uttered. I asked if I needed to sign anything. "no" was the response and that was that.
I would not recommend Fix Auto Strathcona. There are dozens of shops in Edmonton. I have to believe I would have gotten better service at almost every single one of them.

I had a great experience during what is not usually anyone's favourite time (dealing with insurance after someone hits your car). The staff were professional and courteous and they went above and beyond to make the repair process as smooth as possible.

Best body shop for vehicles in Edmonton!! Someone hit my car and I got it repaired from these guys. They got me in right away, and dealt with my insurance and I didn’t have to do anything. They set me up with a rental vehicle and my vehicle was fixed in a couple weeks! The best part:
THEY DETAILED MY CAR ON THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.
Was sooo happy they did this, since I havnt washed my mats since winter time 😅😅 or vacuum my car.

The customer service at this place is AMAZING! Guys are too nice to help me with my vehicle even I just walked in for help. I worked couple blocks away from here and yesterday right when I left work I got a flat tire warning which ends up nail on my tire. It was the first time I lost air on my tire significantly to the point I was too scared to drive to nearest gas station. Luckily they we're open and I walked in asking for some help. Employees didn't hesitate and pumped my tires right away for no charge! They have no clue how relief I was after. If you guys want an amazing customer service I highly recommend this place. They also gave me an advice to get my tires check to confirm if I run over a nail.

This place is highly recommended. We had 2 insurance claims opened due to different incidents that happened (vandalism and collision-minor scratch). We had deductibles of $1,000 for each, so if we go ahead with both repairs, we’ll be charged $2,000 in total. Our claims advisor informed us they won’t be able to waive the other deductible. So we opt to do the repairs for the vandalism only.However, due to miscommunication, the repair shop went ahead with the repairs for both the vandalism and collision. BUT, guess what, they were kind hearted enough not to charge us the repairs for the collision.This google review is not enough to pay back a huge favour. Thank you so much to the team for the exceptional customer service. You all did an amazing job! 10/10
