My personal experience with this shop was great. I dropped my car off for repairs after being rear ended a few days before Christmas, and have absolutely nothing negative to say other then the repairs took a day or 2 longer than I would have expected, but that is honestly understandable considering the time of year and how busy they were. A huge positive I can say though, is I got my car back cleaner than it was when dropped off which is a service they did not have to provide, nor did I expect it to be done, but was very grateful they did. Also the repairs were done well and they offer warranty on all repairs.. overall great experience and would certainly consider returning for body work in the future.

I was involved in a hit and run on Wednesday evening, and Fix Auto took care of me right away. They booked me in the very next day, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional.
A special thank-you to Noel at reception and Wendy, who handled my estimate. They both went above and beyond—setting me up quickly with an Enterprise rental and keeping me informed every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, followed up consistently, and made a stressful situation so much easier.
I truly appreciate the level of care and service I received. Highly recommend Fix Auto for anyone needing reliable, supportive auto repair service.

I came here to get my car fixed and paid for everything out of my own pocket. Before the work was done, I specifically asked the general manager, Andre, to save my rear lamp (rear combination lamp) because it only had a tiny scratch — I have photos to prove it. I repeated that request again when I came to pick up my vehicle.
Yet somehow, they didn’t return my original lamps, and when I asked for them, I was handed a broken, scratched-up light instead. When I questioned what happened, Andre told me it was “very hard to remove” and that it broke during removal. That explanation is honestly insulting. I’ve replaced the bulb on that same light myself before — it is not difficult to remove. You’re supposed to be professionals. The idea that a perfectly functional lamp needed to be destroyed just to take it off is ridiculous, and it feels more like an excuse to cover for the shop’s mistake than the truth.
This is beyond disappointing. They showed zero respect for my property and caused an unnecessary loss of value for no reason. If this had been an insurance claim, maybe I could at least understand the carelessness. But this was paid out of my own pocket, and the replacement was something the manager pushed in the first place. Now I’m left with a ruined part I specifically asked them to protect.
I don’t recommend this place at all. Unprofessional, careless, and completely indifferent to the people paying them. Calling it disappointing doesn’t even cover it — this whole situation just sucks. $6,428.77 smh

Don't go to this body shop they are the worse body shop in town i dropped my car off for a paint job they remove my front bumper and install live a big gaps missing my roof moulding i went back they said i dropped it off without the moulding the pictures show the moulding we have alot off body shop in town don't go to this guy they are terrible

Terrible experience from the start! I booked an appointment for an estimate. I called the day of the appointment to confirm and they said there was no appointment booked. I can't trust their work if they can't do the simple task of booking.

My 2017 Silverado was recently backed into and my insurance company recommended Fix Auto West. I couldn't be happier with the results. The truck came out of there looking brand new. The panel gaps are perfect and the paint match is spot on. They also gave the truck a nice polish before sending it out the door. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with so that helped during a bit of a stressful situation. Thanks Fix Auto!

I got into it with a deer and had my vehicle towed to this shop having never been there before. The service was great from start to finish, friendly and always around to answer my many phone calls. They had it back to me within a month. Would have loved it back sooner but I'm sure it was a mixture between insurance and ordering parts that caused delays. Either way I got my vehicle back and in great shape!! Would recommend

I recently had my 4 runner here for Warranty work through Toyota on my back tailgate. I would have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My vehicle was gone for almost 2 months. First time I got my vehicle back the back tail gate look like there was sand under the clearcoat. The inside panel was all scraped up, and the paint Was scratched inside my door hatch. I took it back the second time to get that stuff fixed and I thought they painted my hatch again as they said they did but they only power polished it. They didn’t fix the paint Scratches on the inside of my door But they fix the inside of my door panel. When I took it back the third time they repainted the inside of my door and I picked it up. Just over a week after I picked it up I noticed they didn’t fix my back tailgate as the
Pen marks that were made originally from West Edmonton mall Toyota were still on my back tailgate. I called the service manager and he has to be one of the worst people I had to deal with. He kept lying to me that they repainted my back tailgate as I can still see the pen marks from the dealership Circling the defects in the paint. Now I’m back dealing with Toyota Canada to try to get this fixed from there mess up. Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. This place does not care about you. All they care about is getting paid. If I could give no stars I would.
UPDATE I called the number and you just go to an answering machine and no one calls you back. Instead of waiting for these clowns I went to CSN Baseline in Sherwood park and received way better service. Don’t waste your time with these jokers. You’re gonna regret it in the long run.

Got into a minor accident, didn’t have rental coverage and Andre went above and beyond with getting me a deal with a rental company, and got my car in and out super fast! Much appreciated and definitely recommend!
