I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto. The owner, Patric Heard, was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the entire repair process, explaining exactly what needed to be done. He was extremely generous with his advice and patiently answered all my questions. The repairs were top-notch, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Fix Auto for their outstanding service and dedication to their customers. A big thank you to Patric and the team for a great job!

I had never gotten in an accident and they were very helpful, friendly and welcoming so I was comfortable asking them any questions I had. I took my car in to get it fixed and got it back not even 24 hours later when they quoted me a 2 day fix! I would definitely recommend!

Had to deal with them through an insurance claim. They were supposed to simply do an estimate on the damage, and report to the insurance. Most places do it on the spot, fixauto said that they had to keep it for 3 DAYS!!!
So in the meantime, I was in a dispute with the opposing insurance company, even though I was found 100% not at fault, they tried to cancel my rental, so I called fix auto and ask if they were done the estimate. To which they replied, that yes, they were finished, and that they needed it for longer. I told them I needed the vehicle back. They argued over the phone saying that "work had been done and they would NOT return the vehicle, even though I had never given permission to do ANY work...
So I went down there and told them in person. That if they did NOT return the vehicle, I was going to call 911 to report my vehicle as stolen, and that I would take them to court over the matter
They suddenly "realized" that no work had actually been done. They had simply removed my bumper, and placed it in my back seat....
Just so any other person who is ever in this position is aware... if you do not give permission to work on your vehicle, they are not legally allowed to keep your vehicle. Even IF it was unsafe from damage(which is not the case in my situation) even IF they did work on your car, none of that is legal, you can NOT keep a customers vehicle from them.
Fix auto is a scam company with poor ethics.

They were thorough in their assessment of the damage. They showed me something I had not noticed. They said it would take 4 days and that's what it took. Everything looked as good as new. They even detailed the inside before giving it back to me. Quite impressed

Had body work done on my vehicle through insurance. The results were perfect (Pearl white on Toyota), done on time, and at the estimated price. The people were very courteous, and management at this location were very pleasant to work with.

My car went in on a Monday. I have it back on Wednesday, albeit it was minor damage but it was done way quicker than I expected. Saved me money with rental on paying gas out for it and the insurance and very professional and awesome staff that work there. I can't say enough about that auto body shop, they are amazing. My adjuster on the other hand dropped the ball and will be dealing with that another day
