I came to return a online purchase due to wrong size. No line up but just one customer ahead of me at the till who could not decide and kept on wavering between choices without consideration. Safia M immediately jumped in and called me to other till and attended to my return adn re-purchase requirement. She went extra mile to look for suitable sizes, cancel the previous order, corrected the delivery address adn placed new order, all in one go. her conversation skills were pleasing and engaging for superior customer service. great to see such employees still exist in today's world. An asset to Footlocker!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Southgate Foot locker. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the staff. Two employees were present but were engrossed in their own conversations and tasks. When I requested assistance with trying on a second pair of shoes, I was ignored and the staff continued their conversation.
The lack of basic customer service and the rude behavior of the staff left a very negative impression. I hope the store management will address these issues to improve the shopping experience for future customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this store.

Are your black staff told not to speak to black people? I have never had these kind of ugly poor service in my entire life until today. The two black staff looked at me and my husband with so much disgust,I said hello to them, they made eye contact with us and said nothing! I had to chase her to get a try on, I’m from the UK and foot locker is my favourite spot to shop! Today’s event in Edmonton was very disgusting and to the two black staff, you both shouldn’t work with customers, get another job if you can’t treat customers right. Disgusting!

Coung N. at the Southgate Mall location helped me on a very busy day during the Canada long weekend. He was friendly and patient while I tried on a couple of different pairs of sneakers while he was helping other customers.
I haven’t visited a Footlocker in a very long time. Coung N. made it super pleasant experience which won me back as a loyal Footlocker customer. I’ll definitely be visiting this store location again. A+++

Horrible customer service. I will never buy from Foot Locker ever again. After exchanging shoes to be mailed, the order was cancelled by Foot locker and they told me via head office and the receipt that I need to go into a store for refund. After waiting 45 minutes today with proof via two receipts the store manager refused to issue the refund stated on the receipt by Foot Locker. I will be reporting the store to the BBB. Buyer beware!!!

The management watch customers smash into their glass doors because they close one of there doors during open hours . This could lead to a serious injury . I've seen kids and old people smash into these doors and no staff members even acknowledge them . There head office needs to address this asap .

This footlocker has removed more than half of their women’s shoe selection and replaced them with kids shoes. When I asked an employee why there’s such a small selection for women shoes now, they told me I could just buy a kids 7 as it fits most women size 8s, I’m a 9 or 9 and a half in women’s and definitely don’t fit into a kids size 7 (for someone who could wear a kids 7 this would probably be ok, but the selection for kids size 7 compared to the amount of toddler sized shoes they added, even though they knew more people would be needing the size 7s was not thought out). When I told the employee I and many others would not be able to fit a kids shoe, she said just to wear a men’s and while I do own 2 men’s sized Jordan’s, they don’t fit as nicely or as comfortably as the women’s I have. Because there’s barely any women’s shoes available and many of the few designs they do have are the same as ones in the mens section, there are also no women sport shoes now. Not only does this store lack options but it will now be harder to find your size.

Had such a great experience, I was looking for a specific pair of shoes but they didn’t have them in store. I was able to get help and got them ordered online super quick. And she recommended the perfect size. Also all the girls are super pretty and friendly.
