A watch I love was too small for me to wear anymore and had stopped running. Kaeleigh helped me pick out some links that fit the look and size of the watch beautifully and also replaced the battery for me. Thank you again Kaeleigh for all your help, now I can wear my watch and have a nice memory attached to it.

The strap band loop broke on my watch, and I thought I would have to buy a whole new strap to replace it. The gentlemen who helped me out was able to hook me up with a replacement loop from some loose straps without having to buy a whole new band.

Had a great experience shopping here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was looking for a wallet and a belt. I found they had a good selection. Products were all laid out nicely. Was helped by Narinder. He was helpful and courteous in assisting me to find a decent belt and a wallet. I have also bought a Fossil watches at this location in the past. I have a watch I bought their for my wife that she just loves 11 years ago and the watch still runs well and looks great, also I have purchased a watch for me from this store 2 years ago and it runs and looks great. On both purchases staff were great to deal with. I find this is store I keep returning to.

Every time I come in, I have a great experience. I am usually helped by Amna and she's amazing! Such a kind and patient associate, I've tried countless items and she's never rushed me. I really recommend her if you feel anxious with sales associates.

Wonderful experience at the Fossil store today at West Edmonton Mall. I would have passed by a particular bag until Narinder showed me all the functions and conversion. It was exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly and efficient and I would recommend this store to anyone. Fossil provides a great, classic and long lasting quality product. Well done!
