Absolutely abysmal lack of customer service. I have a watch that hasn't worked since I bought it 9 months ago; clearly, a lemon. Despite many visits to the store and conversations with staff online, this company refuses to exchange or refund this purchase. Never again will I purchase a Fossil product.
