The customer service is amazing! I went in and ‘Maddie’ helped me with my purchase, and she was so kind and helpful it made my day! She was so patient and supportive as I was looking around the store. She was the best, thank you!

I just recently visited this place with my wife. There were 2 people at the store and everything else was fine except the service. The lady was beyond disrespectful and she acted like she owned the place. She had way too much attitude for the position she was working as. She was not helpful at all. The Gentleman on the other hand was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. I am not overreacting at all but the lady was a total .

I was looking for a very specific type of watch and everything i saw was out of my budget. When i went to fossil, Momo really helped me out. He went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. I ended up leaving with a watch that i love way more for a fraction of the price!

It has been one week since my last visit to Fossil at Southgate Mall. The service and knowledge that Jed shared with me reignited my interest in the brand. Jed was helpful to me and also seemed to be assisting his fellow employees. I hope this company continues to attract helpful employees and is rewarded by valued customers in turn. Thank you.

Good collection, prices were on the slightly higher side in comparison to online. But nice calm ambience with decent selection of watches available. The staff who assisted us was also courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos!

Employees are not greeting and are not professional at all. Nelson ignored me twice but the girl with short hair , wearing a white tshirt and gold glasses was fantastic.
