I visited your Southgate branch on Monday and your associate Geaun has gone above and beyond to solve my concern and I wanted to commend his excellent customer service. I bought a tote from Fossil in Crossiron Mills Outlet from Calgary over the weekend but I realized when I came home to Edmonton that I was missing the keychain. I went to the Southgate store to return it even though I absolutely love the bag because I didn't want to drive back 3 hours to get the keychain and the tote isn't available online anymore or in other stores.
Geaun placed multiple calls, emailed the store in Calgary, and arranged a transfer of another stock to the Southgate branch for free. I picked the keychain up after two days. He kept me informed of the whole process and was very pleasant and helpful
I've always been a fan of Fossil since my college days and Geaun's excellent customer service really adds value to the brand and to your store.
Looking forward to getting more of my future bags and watches from Fossil.

I popped into the store today because I had tried to change my watch battery myself and rounded it out, I was expecting that it would need to get sent away. The lovely lady there, I'm embarrassed I didn't asked her name, was so kind and funny and gave me the most amazing service today! It made my Sunday.❤️

I really wanted to say thanks from bottom of my heart to Rajat and Helly they made my day . I wanted to buy bracelet from last few months, today i found the bracelet but the challenging was to put 3 names there which was totally impossible but Rajat took the risk and Helly and Rajat they both did it and they did it amazingly .Their excellent Customer services and behavior really make me feel to go for shopping in this store again. Customers like me always see how they greet, how they talk ,how they are helping customers i find all this 3 things on them .Helping customers to getting their exact things what's on their mind to understand the emotions and feelings matters a lot .
