I’ve been to this facility many times, and have always had 5 star service. Fred,and all the counter staff and mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Definitely recommend to everyone!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mark on June 14th. I came out from my appointment to a flat tire. And hubby wasn't able to get to me in time to help so I called the shop and mark came out and changed my tire out for me so that I could make it in time to pick up my boys from school. He was extremely friendly and made the whole experience great. Even took the tire back to the shop to fix it and then put it back once I was able to go and get it. Will definitely be going back to this shop ?

Great & friendly costumer service mark went above and beyond to fix the issue that I had with my vehicle at best & lowest cost possible. I highly recommend mark and his crew for your vehicle needs .

The mechanic is awesome will not try to have you do more work on a vehicle than is necessary. The front end staff and owner are awesome.e to deal. The front of the store is nice and clean. THANKS to all.

This brutal cold was playing havoc with my air pressure sensors. I called Fountain Tire to see if I could stop in to confirm if I had a slow leak or not. They got me in immediately and turns out it was a valve core problem that they fixed, easy peasy. While I waited the guys at the front, Steve and Mark, if I remember correctly, were great company. And Antoine did a great job with the repair. I'll be heading back there for any future tire needs! Thanks guys!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!! IT'S JUST ANOTHER RIP-OFF REPAIR SHOP WHERE THEY RUN UP THE BILL WITH UN-NECESSARY PARTS AND LABOUR CHARGES AND TREAT YOU LIKE AN IDIOT AT THE SAME TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

This fountain tire I hold a very high opinion on, Marc the owner to all the staff this is an amazing example on how a shop should be ran. They go out of your way to make the experience the best and get you back on the road.I service all my company trucks here and they are always professional, courteous and helpful.Anyone with no experience on working on there own vehicles and are frightened by the mechanic world this is your place, they really care about there customers.

Had bought my tires from here last year. My tires were low on the extreme cold day, drove in, they checked all my tires, aired them up at no charge. Much appreciated!!!!

Dont go here ifnyou are a female and dont know much about cars. They just talk down to you. Went there to get my tires switched to winter tires. One tire went flat within 2wks of getting them switched over. They told me I needed to reorientate the cv axle I had to wait over a wk to get that fixed. Never got fixed and eneded up wait another 2wks called to check appoint Ibwas told there was not appointment for me booked. Nothing got fixed and I ended up waiting a month for nothing.
