I have been coming to this place for the last couple of years to get my tire swapped and they also store my tires. The staff is always super friendly and they never try to push you to do any extra service which is nice for a change sent so many others do Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for no hassle straightforward place to get anything done

Incredible service. Thank you Keith for going above and beyond for my service appointment. The work was done as expected, and on the same budget estimated, no hidden fees or add ons, no time delays. Called to get a quote, said I’m pretty sure I need an IAC replacement, they said “best I can quote you is 179 to diagnose the problem”
Called the next Fountain Tire in line and he told me the cost of fixing what I’m asking to have fixed and had me booked in within 10 minutes.

Spent over 2000 dollars for repairs picked up car it still had same problem I took it in for. Then wanted more money to Finnish the job. The mechanic said it didn't make the noise for him

Your answer was inaccurate: You say in response to my feedback that you called me at 10:45. I just posted a screenshot of the call history. Notice that the call I received from you was at 10:36 am and that's when you cancelled. Also, you said you sent a message to 'the number you had on file'. It never occurred to you to confirm my details to ensure proper communication. That's what they did in other places.
You are right to say that I did book my car also for a diagnostic. That would have been additional business for you. Your loss. I got excellent service from Trail Tire on Fort Road. No appointment necessary. They took me in right away. My car was ready the same day and we didn't have to take an additional day off.
The following was my original feedback:
They booked me for a tire change for 10:30 am and then they said it was at 10 am and cancelled my appointment. We had to take a day off for nothing, plus they didn't send me any notifications or reminders as I have gotten in previous years. It's not my first negative experience with this particular shop. I cannot speak for other Fountain Tire locations.

Malicious and criminal. My mechanic inspected my vehicle and told me I needed new tires. I took it to Londonderry Fountain Tire where they told me my rr control arm is bent. When I asked how this happened? why didnt my mechanic didn't notice this? Keith asked, did your mechanic have it connected to an alignment machine? It wasn't until we had it up on the machine and began using the lasers that we noticed the damage. My mechanic was inspecting, not aligning. Same day, I brought my car back to my mechanic to inspect the damage. He said it looked fresh - there was no dirt or debris on the arm, and no signs of rust had begun.
Returning to fountain tire londonderry, they didn't take responsibility for damaging my vehicle. They gave me $70 off to fix the damage they caused, and I paid $250 more than anticipated. Keith would not explain why he asked if my mechanic used an alignment machine to inspect my car. Look at the pictures. No special equipment needed and not something anyone would have missed. He just pointed to the owner to manage my concerns. Scott gave me a pre-rehearsed answer for every inquiry and not an ounce of compassion. My husband and I have been customers at this location for almost 10 years, and had previously been loyal fountain tire customers at other locations. Zero stars.

I have been a customer at Fountain Tire Londonderry for about 15 years now. The manager/owner, Scott, and his team have proven to be very friendly and professional. I TRUST THEM!
They communicate effectively about what is going on with the appointment and the repair. They do recommend potential repairs, whether more immediate or in the near future but I never feel like it's a pressure sales job.
I have bought at least 5 sets of tires from them and they have delivered, recommending a perfect fit for my vehicle and my budget.
All repairs have been completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
They have always treated me, my family and our vehicles with the utmost respect.
I have referred many others to this location and they continue to deliver.

Was a repeat customer until my wife’s last visit. Brought her Subaru in with a flat tire, which they stated a new set was needed due to age and use, fair enough, however told my wife that brake pads needed replacement which was found odd since the pads were replaced a year earlier and bushings were replaced by Dealership in March in which they indicated that they were good. With that, wife wanted the same tires that her Subaru came with originally because they felt like they had better control so back to the dealership, asked for brakes to be checked, all brakes checked good other than the front passenger where the spare was installed by Fountain Tire Londonderry. That wheel’s brake pads were reinstalled BACKWARDS and caused the brake calliper to cease, costed us an additional $300 in cost. Just to add, when my wife received her car back from the visit at Fountain Tire Londonderry all her tires were at 11psi, they were checked by my son after the visit, seems rather odd all tires were at that amount…..
Sad to say but my experience with this Fountain Tire and the Northgate store in the past has left me sour and I can’t see myself ever coming back, even though I have always bought Goodyear tires for almost 40 years of my driving life.
