We shop here when we can. In most cases have great specials and great selection and prices. Complain: 3 days before sale price ends, they say some items are sold out and no longer available. Bad Advertising seems to mislead many who come for what it says for nothing.

Absolutely terrible. I bought subs for lunches (expired by a month!) And meat that tasted rancid (hamburger) previously. Today I went to get advertised diet Pepsi, sold out with 5 days left to go of the sale. I asked the Employee if I could get a rain check and he called someone who said no. As I am leaving the store their in house big sign saying 'they guarantee to have flyer items in stock or they will give you a raincheck & 10% discount'. So they knew and still said no. I did end up getting the rain check, but stand by your own policies and do quality checks on your items! Lost me as a customer.

Why buy chicken at Safeway for $20.00 plus, when you can get an identical package for $10 plus at Freshco, (both "compliments" brand), go figure.

Whoever is in charge of the carts, needs to remove the garbage before putting them at the front of the store for customers to use. The last 5+ times I’ve gone, the majority of carts are filthy and filled with garbage. Most recently I could not find a decent cart so I left. Not gonna carry my items. Also, it would be nice if they removed that stupid bread rack that is blocking a row of carts. Do better freshco!
