“Obviously a business you never want to have to use the services of but if you do, this is the one. From the very first call, they were attentive, understanding and compassionate. Even their answering service, I only got it once, offered their condolences and listened (I had called another home and they clearly did not listen. They confused mother and father three times in one call and never offered condolences. )At the home everything was explained. Questions answered with a caring compassionate manner. Costs were clearly explained and suggestions offered for options. There was a small nominal irrelevant hiccup which they took full accountability for and genuinely felt bad about (it was of no real consequence and the end result was still perfect and what we wanted.) the location and atmosphere was great and the work they do was all done to perfection room at any stage.If you are in a situation where you need a funeral home, these guys will make things as good as can possibly be given the circumstances. It’s like having a supportive hug at each step from start to finish. If I could give more stars I would.”

“My son passed away in Aug and Kristy at arbour made the experience so much more bearable. She met with us multiple times and was very patient with last minute changes. I gave her instruction for a very personalized funeral and she did everything perfectly. My son loved Christmas and had a tree up all year long in his room so we had a Christmas tree in his honour up at the service. They treated us with kindness and compassion and understanding throughout the whole experience. I needed a funeral home that would take control of the situation as I was a mess, and they did. Thank you for making a horrible time in our lives so much easier. My son had a beautiful service and we were happy with everything they did and very grateful to everyone who works there.”
