I recently visited Fusion Collision the on the 34 Ave and had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. The receptionist, a woman named Kajal, was extremely unhelpful and negative in her responses to my questions. She repeatedly questioned why I didn’t want to purchase the part directly from the dealership, which felt inappropriate and unnecessary. At one point, I even asked her, “Are you just trying to push me away?” I requested that she let me finish explaining everything I needed before responding. However, before I could finish speaking, she interrupted me again and insisted, “I heard what you said,” even though I hadn’t fully explained the reason for my visit. Her attitude made the entire interaction very frustrating. In my opinion, she is not suited for a front-desk role where customer interaction is essential.

This is the worst service I’ve had in a long time. brought my jeep in for repair after being rare ended. It took forever for the parts to come in ,finally they requested the car be brought in on May 5th , on a May 14th they called saying the car is ready. Got there to pick up and the bumper was still damaged. I was told by the estimator that my dumper tricked him because he didn’t realize it came in pieces. The quote he sent my insurance was less than what the parts cost and they had to pay out of pocket for some of the parts.Bullshit !! I requested he came outside to inspect the vehicle with me and I asked why there was still damages in two different spot on a bumper that they have been paid to fix? He stated it was a little damage & I could barely see it and it’s probably from me taking stuff in and out of my trunks .I could not believe what I was hearing! I handed the key back to him and left the vehicle and called my insurance.We return today to pick up the vehicle ,my husband meet me at the shop so I could bring my rental back and he could drive our vehicle. He had an encounter with a female employee who told him he looks suspicious and he needed to provide his name.WTF is that about ?! We where there couple hours before picking up the keys. I was born at night but not last night ! Stop thinking everyone is a idiot. Practise better business and stop trying to scam people!

If you want a bad job done. This is the place to go.
Almost 2 months to get a bumper repair. First we were told the vehicle is ready. Went to pick the vehicle up and the bumper had damage in multiple spots. Went back the second time for pick up, and the bumper still had dings and marks in multiple spots.

Brought my vehicle in for repair from an accident. The staff explained the entire process well and set up a rental for me through my insurance.
The repairs look great and there was an added bonus of a car detail. Overall, great experience.

Called to get info regarding a car I'm looking to buy and the lady who answered was surprisingly helpful. She was also nice. I don't know how much y'all pay her, but maybe consider giving her a raise.

Such a bad experience. My insurance company recommends me for this collision centre but when we went there we dont like their service. The girl on reception. She is so rude and then their estimate guy. He is so rude. He said i have lots of experience about collision cars but he cannot find the things which been damage by collision and approved my estimate for few things look like that guys who did my car estimate is working for insurance company benefit not for customers. I recommend do not go there

Yes I agree stay far away from this place if your insurance recommended Fusion Collision. This company quoted $6000 for a bumper n grill on a 2011 ford edge sport they told my insurance ,it was a write off (cause of the age of vehicle) it was a minor accident first accident with SUV, had no leaks, air bags did not deploy, still was driving suv for 3 months after accident occurred until I found a new autobody that was $3500 cheaper.

Zac was extremely kind and incredibly helpful when I showed up without an appointment. He went out of his way to address my concerns and fixed for me what I'm sure another place would have taken advantage of and over-charged for. This has been the 2nd excellent experience I've had with this body shop.

Jeff and Zack of Fushion Collision really outdid themselves by repairing my car and making it look like nothing even happened to it. Zack made sure that he got all the damage covered by inspecting the car prior to getting it all fixed. Jeff was the one who was responsible for all the body work and repainting, and he really knocked it out of the ballpark. My car came out looking brand new. Very nice and professional people, if I may also add. Can't thank these guys enough for the work they've done to my car, and will 100% recommend them and their shop.

I have been having a very bad 2024 due to multiple little accidents. I am so thankful there is a place like Fusion to help out in these stressful times. The whole process was made super easy and simple with the team at fusion. Between Natalie, Sidney and Roxanne they kept me informed and did all the leg work dealing with my insurance. I got my car back and it felt so nice to see the pride they take in their work. I cannot say enough positive things. If you are ever in need of a place that makes the whole process simple see fusion. Thank you so much for taking care of me.
