Went into Gstar on the way out of the mall over boxing week.....huge mistake literally worst shopping experience in my life for starters. 3 attendants were hovering around me very close as I looked through items to the point I had to ask them if everything is OK... just so they would back off because it made me extremely uncomfortable.
I purchased a top and pants, which even at 40% still seemed really overly priced for what they were. The purchase was noted to be a final sale, which I found to be really strange.
I go home, put the clothes on, and wear them around the house to get a feel for them in a more relaxed setting. Upon wearing them, I find the pants to be a little too tight and realize that one wash and they would probably be too small.
The next morning, I went back to the store to exchange the pants for a bigger size, but they didn't have the right size. Long story short, they would not do a refund even though tags were still on and it was less than 24 hrs later.
I ended up having to pick a sweater that was one size too big because the sale was ending.
I took the sweater home and did a 10 min cold water soak and tumble dried it inside out in hopes of shrinking it.
Upon taking the sweater out of the drier, I realized that the sweater had completely faded and pilled to the point it looked like a 5 year old cheap cotton sweater from a low quality supplier.
The tag sais made in Bangladesh, but I think that it's made in china with maybe a small part of it made in India to hide where it's actually made.
Don't spend your money here they are not a supplier of high-end fashion, just cheap stuff that's way overpriced.
Lesson learned I'll stick with my go-to supplier Diesel from now on and never look at another gstar product.

Scammers i used a promo code in several g star stores throughout canada without ever having a problem. In wem they said its online only and the promo codes dont work in store. Confirmed with g star hq they should be honoring those codes. Extremely shady manager. They said they will be investigating this location as there are tons of complaints. They also markup prices and sell things without tags

My friends rave about this brand so I wanted to give it a shot, but the worker that helped me completely ruined my experience. The store overall is really nice but the associate ruined it. The dude was super pushy, pretty much making me try on clothes and giving me more which was making me feel uncomfortable, I just wanted to browse and he walked me to the till and tried making me pay for the stuff with like 3 items, so I excused myself and left. He also told me I was getting half off of one of the shirts, lying and saying the shirt was 80 but on the screen and on the shirt, it clearly showed that it was the regular price posted on the shirt, which was 40.I usually don’t leave reviews but this is probably the worst experience I’ve had at the mall, and an unprofessional sales technique. Would never recommend this store to anyone, and I think it’s ridiculous that a business would allow their associates to lie and push people into a sale.

I normally don’t like to write reviews especially don’t like to leave a bad one. But I think I really need to warn all the people before they come to this store. I returned some stuff here and they don’t do refunds so they gave me store credit instead which is fine, and the cashier also told me that it won’t expired, but today I went there and the owner told me that the system has been closed, which means I can’t use my store credit anymore, why didn’t they tell their customers before the system closed? They have all my contact informations on the computer. Is that the way they are making money? Kept the returns and as well as the customers’ store credit?! I always wondered why the store was so empty every time I went there. I finally understand when I saw other people’s reviews. Avoid this place unless you want to make a donation over there.

Came here couple weeks ago to buy some g star pants, the system wasn’t working but they said I could still purchase the pants which where over $300, I was told to leave my email with them and once the system was up and running again that they’d email me the receipt… I guess the system isn’t work yet …. But anyway the staff where f**king amazing! Cool vibes forsure! So that’s why ima give y’all the 5 stars ⭐️Just let me know when the system is up and running ??

The worst experience in my life. I will never recommend this store to anyone since the staffs don't know what they are doing including at the managers' level. Once the product is sold they don't give a damm about the customer. Very Very poor customer service at the store. Recently I bought a jeans, I asked for a size 32/30 but they didn't have the size unfortunately. Instead they give me 30/30 even though they had a size of 31/30 in the store which I came to know after two days. Since I had an option for only 30/30, I asked them wheather it's going to shrink when I wash. I was told that if I wash it in cold water it's not going to shrink. But after couple days when I washed it's actually shrank. When I went for an exchange due to the poor quality, the store manager was not helpful at all. She redefined the term of customer service or customer satisfaction. I left the jeans at the store. I will never go back to this place again. There is no wonder why this place is empty most of the time!!!

I have visited this place recently, but I wish I did not as it truly one of the worse places I have ever shopped.I have never seen such rude staff anywhere,People do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cause, trust me you'll be happy you didI was reading other low star rating and I can say with full confidence they seem 100% accurate to my experience

Dave is an excellent sales associate. He helped me many times with finding what I was looking for exactly and went out of his way to find different sizes in a couple pairs of the cargos for me as well. Just wanted to say how great of an associate you have.

Final sales alert, they don’t do returns and they don’t tell u that either, at least I wasn’t told, honestly I hope more ppl read this and save yourself some money by at least asking them the return policy, cause the staffs aren’t gonna tell u unless u asked.
