Good little game store .. gave me a blast from the past with all the old game consoles and systems. The guy working the counter was a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. I went in to sell some Nintendo switch games, and we had a pleasant back and forth. Well, he worked and ended up giving me a great price. I'll return to this store and be happy to recommend it.

I was at GameCity on April 26, 2024, around 4:30 PM and man, the service sucked. The employee, with dark red hair, looked like she just left a comic con and was totally not into helping out. I asked her about a game, and all I got was, "Well, if it’s not there, we don’t have it," with a serious attitude. Tried to make some small talk about how I haven’t seen Mario 64 on the DS in ages, and she gave me this weird look. Seriously, not cool. They really need to step up their customer service game. Totally turned off by the experience. Something has to be done because that’s not how you run a business. I could have been your biggest customer, but now I’m turned off and don’t think I want to come back unless things change.

Quite a good selection of games here especially GameCube games. As someone who grew up playing the GameCube I enjoy buying GameCube games here. Just recently bought Star Wars Rogue Leader Rogue Squadron II on the GameCube and it was wonderful great memories. If you enjoy game city this is a good store. And also staff are friendly.

Lots of games & consoles new & old. Although most of their stuff is older retro stuff, not current genFriendly helpful staff & even if they don’t have what you want they’ll check their system to see if Any game city location has it in stock as well as the price. You can even hold items for 2 days

Great selection of retro games. They are selling comics and collectibles now too. Very reasonable trade in policy.

Best if you like older games or need to convert older games for new.They will exchange and give better credit than cash but still feel like they are ripping you off on trade ins.The game prices they sell, I found sale prices for the same game cheaper NEW than USED and they still refused to price match for a used game. (This price match issue was the experience at game city WEM).
