It should not take almost 20 minutes to pick up a preordered game when there are two people at tills and I am the next one in line. Both employees were to busy yapping and pushing promos onto people.

Already tired of coming to this location and I've only been in the area for less then a year. I've showed up at this location just after work and it's closed or I show up early in the morning and there still not open at 10 or whatever time they have posted. Luckily I can just drive over to best buy or if need be walmart and grab the exact same item. It's nice to have near by but the hours do need to change. My next move is checking out the sherwood park location at least there I can get there by 8pm if need be. Do better gamestop. And change your hours at this location

Apparently the don’t refund a defective item. Ask for their refund policy, hopefully they change it so the customer doesn’t get screwed. worst place for customer service. Order from Amazon instead!

Went in a few days ago during the cold Snap and the store had no heat which made it very uncomfortable to shop, I went to sit in the car it was so cold. Could have at least had a space heater to attempt to heat the store, at the very least one for the employees as they were all bundled up. I would have purchased a switch game but could see your breath in the store! Do better gamestop.

Went there.... Store was freezing cold as the furnace was broken. Manager forced employees to work in the cold with a small space heater. Not good

I recently had a disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was downright horrible, with the staff employing a pushy sales approach that felt intrusive. It's frustrating when you just want to browse without being pressured to buy. Additionally, the prices are significantly higher compared to other similar stores in the area. This was my last visit; I'll be seeking friendlier service and better prices elsewhere.
Adding to the frustration, I observed one gentleman publicly coaching his staff on how to do their job, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. His authoritative demeanor, walking around like he owned the place, only added to the overall negative experience. It's disheartening when a store not only lacks customer-friendly practices but also exhibits questionable management behavior. This solidifies my decision to explore alternatives in the future.

Called in to see availability on a console that they said they have. Arrived at the store and claimed they didn’t have it even though they told me an hour earlier on the phone that they did. No explanation was given.
