This store closes at 7 on a weekday. I was unaware when I arrived at 6:45 pm. At 6:50 an employee asked if I needed assistance and informed me the store was closing soon, I apologized and headed straight to the change room to try on the 2 items I had. I was refused as apparently it is ‘store policy’ to close the change room 5 min before the store closes, even though I had 8 min ?. In my most friendly fashion I pleaded and promised to be in and out ….. all I got was ‘Sorry, no’. Both employees absolutely refused myself and another customer, equally shocked at this, from trying on clothes being forced to leave them behind. I’ve never experienced this before, and the unwillingness to accommodate the smallest of request. The store lost out on a potential $200+ sale.

I love the clothes but the service at this location was awful. Was not greeted or offered help. I had to seek out a sales person. The cashier didn’t make eye contact,smile, or even engage with me at all.

This location is great with ample parking around...has super deals and a reward system...lots of fitting rooms, wish there was more kids selection.

Customer service at this store is 5-Star!! I wanted to exchange a pair of jeans which I didn't have a receipt for as I left it at home. The Sales Associate was so pleasant and efficient, she agreed to return my purchase with no receipt! The Best Customer Service I've come across in ages!!

My wife was short of breathe because of the mask. I asked Hannah if there was a seat where my wife could sit to relax, and she managed to find a bench in the fitting room. I profoundly appreciated the help and went on to complete my purchases. The deals were great, so was the service! I loved my experience at this GAP store
