Go to literally any other garage. Staff here are rude and judgemental. VERY DISMISSIVE. Also make you feel guilty for asking questions. You’ll enjoy much more of your time by going to another location.

If I could give this place -100 stars I would. Up until a few days ago, I was a longtime loyal consumer of dynamite/garage products. However, this past encounter I had at the south common location made me never want to shop at this institution ever again. I was not greeted by a single employee despite them being completely unoccupied. ie. not cleaning, helping other customers, not even looking awake 😹 just talking to each other looking painfully miserable. As I was walking around shopping, I kept getting odd judgemental looks from 2 of the employees. The girl in the fitting room was incredibly dismissive and rude… I believe her name was Stephanie or something similar. Terrible customer service upon first step into the store until stepping out. The cashier (dark hair with bangs) was also incredibly dismissive and rude. Sighed loudly and laughed to herself and rolled her eyes as if I was a nuisance when I said I didn’t need a bag😹😹 like what? Management needs to do a better job at screening who they’re employing because based on these reviews this is the typical behaviour of these employees at this specific store. It’s giving high school bullies that are pushing 30 years old… I almost left my items at the checkout based on the atrocious lack of decency I encountered in this store. I get it, working retail sucks and there are bad days but that’s life and these girls need to get it together or go work another job that requires them to not be customer facing. Seriously go to wem if you’re gonna shop at garage/dynamite. Clearly there are no standards at this location.

I was helped by Mishall a few weeks ago (got so busy I forgot to write this) but she went above and beyond on helping me find jeans that fit me and the style I wanted. She was very patient and friendly!

The staff and selection of clothes are great, but the change rooms and store are really gross.

Workers were standing around on phones while there was a line of four people, with one girl working the til. My sister with her four month old waited ten minutes while workers were on their cellphones and talking to each other. Not impressed.

the worst employees ever. so judgemental. customer service is so bad they don’t even greet you. tried getting refund a week ago and they said they gave it but i haven’t even received it. liar ahh

Would give zero! She said my payment did not approved but it did. Wasted days to get my money back. Manager talks so rude like why you even there if you can’t do your job. The other girls are so judgemental never ask for help when i’m there.
