I was at garage today with my friend and this worker named chris helped us and this girl was amazing she was helping with all our sizes being super positive and hyping us up in the fitting room and all the other workers were just as great!!

chris is quite literally the best worker at garage! her positivity and energy is so contagious! such a sweetheart and so easy to vibe with. convinced me to buy a whole new outfit and i would do it again just for her! me and my friend could stay all day talking with her! give her a raise because you won’t find anyone better than chris!

I want to recognize the ladies in the fitting rooms, Christ and Malika — they were incredibly sweet and accommodating with me and my mom. Unfortunately, the woman at cash (using a tablet around 3:00pm at the end of the line) was not pleasant. She wasn’t smiling, moved very slowly, and didn’t seem engaged, which really impacted our experience. The manager was a sweetheart and did her best to help, but the cashier’s attitude overshadowed everything. I’m only leaving three stars because of the wonderful service from the fitting room team.

Super nice and helpful staff. I picked out a few things but needed a different size and the ladies were quick to grab me what I needed. Everything was really tidy and organized even though it was busy.

Usually, the customer service here is great, but my experience yesterday was really disappointing. When my friend and I walked in, two of the employees (one of them had half-green, half-pink bangs) immediately stared at us and didn’t take their eyes off us the entire time we were there. They never greeted us or offered help—just watched us, as if assuming we were going to steal something. We were only in the store for about three minutes, but it was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve never felt so unwelcome, and I don’t plan on coming back after that experience.

Chris at Garage in West Ed was awesome! She made our shopping experience so seamless, she was kind, funny and friendly. My friend was looking for a pair of jeans and she scoured the store for the proper size and ended up giving my friend a pair of jeans she loves. She exuded everything customer service should be and made the shopping experience so fun & glam!

The clothes are nice but I find that the staff really don’t want to help you if you look « out of place » or like you wouldn’t shop there.

I had purchased some clothes from here a few days ago and didn’t realize until I got home that the lady at the register didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt and didn’t put one in the bag. I made the mistake of cutting the tags before trying them on. Two of the tops didn’t fit well so I went back a couple days later to return them. Let me preface by saying every single worker there was great and kind with the exception of one of the managers.
I went to the counter to return the clothes, tags in hand but not attached. When I said I never received a receipt the girl at the counter called her manager over. The manager was immediately condescending and rude. I explained that I never received my receipt so I couldn’t provide one and she kept saying that I could not return the items due to the tags not being attached. She was very short and left without another word. I asked the worker if there was any customer support number I could call to inquire about the return policy when I was never issued a receipt. She had to call the manager back over who had the girl write the number for me on a sticky note.
I left the store to call the number and the support agent told me that if I was never issued a receipt they would have to look it up in their system as long as I could provide the date and time I purchased the items. I went back inside, the girl had to call the manager back over, who was then acting like I hadn’t called the number. Another manager showed up who was willing to look the receipt up but the first manager just insisted that “I’m allowed to tell you no” to a refund. They eventually agreed to let me exchange the items for different tops but it was such a long process and the manager was very rude and unhelpful the entire time. Disappointing because I love the clothes but will likely have to shop at other stores.
