I have been a loyal customer of Gear Up Auto for over six years and consistently bring all of my vehicles here for service. Needed new brake pads for my truck, these guys were able to take it in right away and made the fix fast. Very transparent on costs, what they need to do, and also advised on other issues that came up during their work. Will come by again for my next service/fix

Easily one of the best experiences Ive had with an auto shop. Had a quote within an hour of getting to the shop. Had the car back home same day. Very reasonable prices, excellent service, honest shop. Would absolutely recommend.

Wow, I was so impressed. I dropped off my vehicle after hours and they promptly got back to me the following morning. It was clearly explained what the issues were and what repairs were required. They worked with me to prioritize the repairs as I needed my vehicle back that day. They were able to get what I needed urgently done at a great price that day. I will return to get the rest of the repairs done soon. They are honest, reliable, friendly and helpful. That is hard to find these days.

280 for a car inspection? And the guy was rude, nah thanks
Update: I did not want to get an inspection for free. I was willing to pay and I did call a day prior to check if you'd be open. You were rude and had no intention to understand or listen to what the problem was, you were condescending when I asked for the price saying you had expensive machines, there was no need for that tone, I'm a customer but I'm also a person who deserves respect.

By far the best shop I’ve gone to. My whole family trusts TJ and the whole team and we’re always surprised by the price and the time - AKA how cheap and efficient they are! We’ve had inspections done here, big jobs, little jobs, and there’s no one else we’d rather go to!

Great automotive shop. I appreciated the honesty of TJ in diagnosis of my truck's front brakes/rotors issue and extremely swift repair/replacement of bad components all in half a day. They certainly deserve 5 star for customer service and quality of work.
