I was at the store tonite with my girlfriend and we asked if they had anymore of the Chapman's ice cream In the stockroom . The man asked the man that was in the stockroom and he said NO . He said it's bad luck to open and look for the ice cream in the new shipment. And he told my girlfriend that also. So are you not open to selling merchandise or not. Not very good customer service. Just plan lazyness.

The customers are one thing the empty shelves right after the holiday were another but the staff at the cash complaining about lottery tickets and having to check them for the customer well that's something completely different.
A mediocre shopping trip turned into a very negative experience at that point.

Elderly lady with the blue hair has an absolutely vile attitude. Seems to me I’m far from the only one with this experience.

I witnessed the most INAPPROPRIATE behaviour ever! So unprofessional! This lady accused this girl of stealing and made her empty her bags, her pockets and reveal under her hoodie just for NOTHING. She had nothing at ALL. And out of all things she was accusing her of having men’s underwear. She went off and was talking so poorly about this poor girl after too even though she was in the wrong. There must be some better procedures. A staff member should NOT be asking a customer to strip down and let the police handle it WITH evidence. I will not be shopping here again especially after that lady’s behaviour.

I haven’t been to a giant tiger in years and today I decided to check it out and it was a terrible experience. I was browsing around for stocking stuffers when an older lady who was hiding her uniform came up to me accusing me of stealing saying she saw me take stuff. I hadn’t touched a single thing, yet she kept telling me to show her my bags and pockets and said I was stuffing my shirt. I was not acting suspicious in the slightest so im not sure why she would accuse me. I emptied my purse in front of her, showed my pockets and lifted my hoodie because I have nothing to hide. When she realized she was indeed wrong she just nodded and walked away. No apology. I also heard her making fun of me and laughing about it to her coworker. Disgusting behaviour and terrible professionalism. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a store until today. Keep in mind, she was trying to accuse me of stealing from a table full of men’s underwear….

fruit and vegetables there dont last a day in the store it becomes really moldy! i got sick from the fruit i bought here and they never restock till next week or at least end of the week. i gotta be honest with myself they have somewhat cheap food here not disappointed about that but they gotta do something with the fruit

Good selection of items and wonderful staff.
