I was having a good day until I spoke with an Austin Rockall today about booking an appointment for policy review. I asked what the latest appointment on Monday was and he said he doesn't book that far in advance, only within 48 hours so I said can I'll call him Saturday then to book for Monday and he said he might be fully booked by then. Doesn't make sense to me so hopefully someone from AIL can make this right and reach out to me instead of Austin who makes it so hard booking a review appointment with him.

SCAM!!! I DID NOT consent to giving my information to you! You confused my friend into thinking it was something else and that I was getting something for free or a contact. Such scam process should be punished. DO NOT USE PEOPLES INFORMATION WITHOUT CONSENT!!!

I have been waiting for a reply from AIL / Global Life since March 2024 for a representative to contact me and to go over my insurance plan. I am still waiting for someone to return my message. I have called 3 times and have sent 4 emails. I have had replies from email stating that someone. Will get back too me. I have also spoken to customer service reps over the phone and have been told that someone will call me back….. and I am still waiting.

Work hard and you will succeed. Insurance professionals are licensed. I’m amazed that people throw around terms like “fraud” and “pyramid scheme.” Those are serious allegations. Understand the terms before you decide to throw them around.
