I recently had an amazing experience at Go Auto Outlet, they truly went above and beyond to help me overcome obstacles in my car search. Special thanks to Mandar and Jake for being ever so patient and helpful! But the entire team was incredibly supportive and kind, ensuring that I found a car that I absolutely love. Check your invoice. Check the mileage to see if it matches. Error on mileage was reported to carfax and took three weeks to correct. This error substantially decreased the value of the vehicle when it was sold even after the error was corrected which awhile.
They did step up to correct it but cost money.

Update: I have had the truck in a mechanic shop for over 2 weeks diagnosing the issues and here the truck needs an entire new motor. I haven't even put 10,000km on the vehicle and I have only had it since the end of June. I am praying to God that warranty covers it. The dealership has left me hung to dry even though I took the truck back before even 30 days of having it, knowing that something was wrong, and the service manager yelled at me saying my motor was fine and to come get the truck. I have called and asked if they can do anything for it and they told me "let's hope warranty covers it". They haven't offerered me a single apology for guaranteeing this truck was fine when it wasn't and for the way they have treated me in this entire process. I do not recommend buying from here.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have ran me around from the start.
I had to take it back to get them to check a few things on the truck not even 30 days after I bought it, at this time they put on the hub cap they were supposed to replace. They didn't put both screws in the hub cap and they also didn't tighten my lug nuts properly so one was completely off and just rattling around in my hub cap.
At the time they also were supposed to fix a small dent and scratch that was on the bumper, which they proceed to call me a liar and that it was never promised which it in fact was and I had the paper work and messages to prove it. So instead they made up for it by checking the oil consumption issues (that they guaranteed was on them, yet billed me $960 for which I refuse to pay at this point).
Super disappointed in a dealership that guaranteed this truck is in tip top shape.

I purchased a vehicle this week, and my salesman was Jason Knowles. He lied to my face regarding my 33K BMW purchase. When I asked if it came with a spare tire, he told me it wasn't needed because the vehicle had run flat tires on it. Turns out it does not. When I called the dealership, they advised that they'd send me a can of air. I now have to replace the tires with run flat tires because the car doesn't have room for a spare tire. Whatever deal they are offering you isn't worth it. Instead of Go Auto, Go elsewhere!

Would like to share a wonderful experience I had at go auto Yellowhead. Walking in everyone welcomed me and my family with great hospitality. But it was Anu that approach us with his big smile and asked can I help you today. From that moment on everything was great. He answers our questions he searched well for what I want. He got me what I want. Great service by Anu and I’m so glad to have him as my sales representative. The managers are amazing as-well, they are part of the negotiations before getting into the financing section. The managers Omar and fawzi were both there and it was Omar that made my experience great for me and my family. Next is jake (Kassem) from finance he explained everything before I sighned my papers. A 10/10 experience from the moment I walked in till now. Im so happy, great full and thankfull for everything you all have done! ❤️

Went in with one vehicle in mind, but due to my history, I wasn’t able to get into it but the vehicle they found for me was 110% better anyway! In love with my Lexus! I just purchased a new to me 2021 Lexus NX300 from Julie and her manager Faouzi! Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! Check them out!

I bought a jeep here in 2022 of June it had 55,332km on it now has 122,000km on it and 2 head gaskets replaced and valve cover gasket replaced what a joke and I keep up with servicing of the vehicle I think I was sold a lemon even the mechanic that fixed said I shouldn't be replacing head gaskets this early or a valve cover gasket so what i learned was get a second mechanic look at your vehicle if u buy from here.

Very bad experience started from sale to the finance and the sale managers.
The salesman was knowing little about the car and hides many things like car was involved in accident and the car was a rental car before.
The finance guy Yohannis was very un honest. He deceived me by buying 3 M full front protection by $ 1500 and i found just very little of the front was covered, a work that cost a $300 outside!!
The sales managers were unprofessional, un honest and rode! Particularly David and Omer.
I have wrote my concerns to the vice president Jimmy. His response was very disappointing and unfortunate!
I strongly recommend not to deal with this dealership.
