We picked up our new Seltos. Halbin Yusuf in finance was a great help finalizing everything over the phone and arranging for a date and time to pick the vehicle up. Basil Thomas did a really good job of orientating us with the new car and all its options. When we picked up the car we noticed a scratch by the passanger side rear door handle. Basil took a picture of it at the time and reported it to his manager. When I drove the vehicle home for the first time I noticed it was pulling to the right a fair bit. I set an email to Halibin and a text to Basil about both the issues. They talked to the service department and both issues are going to be addresed right away. Josiah Moorley was a great help as well the day we bought the car. We are very happy so far with how we've been treated by the folks at Go Kia South and our new car. Friendly helpful staff.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I purchased a used vehicle and appreciated the care given to having me understand the packages offered by the dealership. A good value for the money and no pressure to add. The detailing made the vehicle look brand new. Mud flaps, all season floor mats, and glass coverage, are critical to protecting the vehicle from damage in rural Alberta. I will also have a block heater installed which is a necessity in our climate. I was very impressed with the service we received from Zidane Ali, Brand Ambassador.

My wife and I dealt with Arjun Sharma (A J) when looking for a new Seltos. Very friendly knowledgeable sales person. Took us on a great road test and explained all the features the vehicle had and more. My wife and I really enjoyed our time dealing with him. Very good people person that showed us he cares about the customer. Thanks AJ. See you when the vehicle comes in.

Do not trust the service here. The car I bought that was supposed to be inspected beforehand had 2 failed lock actuators. it then took over a month and 4 visits to fix the problem, worse still the 4th visit was because they had not installed the door handle properly and the linkage fell off.

Terrible place to do business with. Be aware of fake information they provide you and be careful signing anything with them. Poor sales guys do not know much but top management make the sales person a ultimate victim with the client. They are so nice until they trap you, then you are done. Strongly advise to go elsewhere to get your car even same brand. This Go Kia South is well equipped to scam people.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT GO KIA SOUTH I DONT HAVE OPTIONS TO SELECT '0' STAR ELSE WILL DO THAT I recently bought a car from Go Kia South, and it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life! If you're thinking about buying from them--DON'T! RUN!!! AFTER-SALES SUPPORT = 0 - Once they take your money, they DO NOT CARE! Any issues? Too bad, you're on your own! FINANCING ISSUE! - I Feel They Hide my approval number just to push their useless, overpriced add-ons! When I checked online using the approval number they gave me, the BW was LOWER than what they quoted! FAKE INSPECTION REPORT! - My car has issues with the rain sensor and auto light sensor, but the "official" inspection report says "everything is working perfectly." LIES!!, Either they DON'T check properly or they DELIBERATELY LIE TO CUSTOMERS!! SERVICE DEPARTMENT - I told them my auto light sensor wasn't working (headlights stay on in daylight), and their ridiculous response was, "All cars are like this." EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THEM PROOF ONLINE, they refused to accept it and argued with me instead! Basically, they think CUSTOMERS DON'T KNOW ANYTHING!! AND ONLY THEY ARE GENIUS, BUT DON'T FORGET, THIS IS AI GENERATION, CUSTOMER CAN GET ANY INFORMATION ONLINE They need to learn that in business, 'THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!' DO NOT TRUST GO KIA SOUTH! If you value your money and sanity, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! One Good thing is about Sales person (Arjun) and sales manager (Karim) is very good person in this place they support me in everything to get this deal done... and will go may be in future just because of these 2 guys,. I had my Kia out of province inspection and cleaned exterior and interior. Car looks brand new. Thank you to Zee Bhatti ( Service Advidor ) and her team.
I also had great service from Karan Bains (Product Specialist) who sold me a new Kia and was very professional, informative and pleasant.
The business manager Betty Duong was also very professional and pleasant to work with.

I'm happy with the services received at Go Kia South. Ze, the service advisor, has been exceptional in keeping up with her promises on when my Carnival would be done. When the service lasts into the afternoon, Go Kia South provides Uber service for me to head home and carry on with my work. Way to go Go Kia South!

Recently I had a serious issue w my Sportage. Ze my service advisor guided me through the whole process always being positive and helpful.
She kept me informed and always answered all my inquiries! I felt like I was in good hands. Unlike previous experiences from years ago w other vehicles. She was very knowledgeable about the problem.
The issue was resolved in a timely fashion and I had the use of a rental for the duration of the repair.
Definitely would recommend Ze and the service dept at Kia on Calgary Trail South.
