We recently purchased a new Seltos from Go Kia South and had a great experience; from Justin our sales agent, Geno, the Sales manager, & Shan, the Finance manager. They fully explained the options available and were willing to work with us and our budget. The car was ready when promised and Justin went through its features with us in detail. We’ve been advised to call if we have any questions and have felt fully supported in the process, with all of our questions being fully answered & we love the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership

I wish I could give 10 stars for the excellent service provided to me and my brother in his vehicle shopping experience. Karim and his colleague brandon who was happy to help made sure we had an entertaining and fun experience while waiting for the whole process to finish up.I highly recommend doing business at go kia and with those two gentlemen!

Prior to visiting Go Kia South, I had a negative experience purchasing a vehicle and, as a result, became quite particular about what services were included in each aspect. However, Hark was exceptionally helpful and open to answering any questions. Engaging with him and the Go Kia South team was a pleasure. The overall attitude at this dealership is truly commendable; you sense that they genuinely aim to assist you, not merely expedite a financial transaction. Betty Duong at Go Kia South is more than your regular sales consultant – she's like your friend who knows everything about cars. Seriously, her passion for helping us find that perfect ride went above and beyond. Betty's got the smarts, and her friendly approach made buying our first car, Kia Forte, feel effortless. It's pretty obvious she loves making sure you drive off with both the right car and a huge grin. She is honest and genuine, making your car-buying journey feel like a fun adventure. And then there's Isabel, the finance manager. She's not just thorough; she's the one who explained the stuff in a way that didn't make our heads spin. Even though I can't recall the manager's name, their dedication to making your car-buying experience top-notch is crystal clear. Seriously, this place is a gem if you appreciate a friendly and professional vibe. Highly recommend! ?????

I went into Kia with no real intentions of actually leaving with a vehicle today. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Easy to talk to no pressure or obligations. He made us feel comfortable & was great to deal with. Justin and the team met my every need. I am extremely happy to leave that building knowing I bought a vehicle that I’m going to love.

We had the pleasure of buying a car from Betty and the General Sales Manager Genio. This experience started with a simple phone call to Betty about their inventory and cost. I really didn't think I would actually drive all the way across town to make the purchase the next day. Betty asked all the right questions while qualifying me to buy the right car for my son. Although the next day was her day off, she ensured Genio followed up and when we made the deal, Betty came in on her day off to walk us through the final process and spent a considerable amount of time in the car with my son so that he knew all the features of his 2024 Seltos SX. We were so grateful for the tutorial. Genio worked the price for me and made sure I felt good about the purchase by explaining all costs up front so there were no suprises. Both employees have followed up since the sale to see if there are any questions. I recommend Betty and Genio if you are in need of a new car.

My partner and I went here at the suggestion of a friend and are glad we did!We originally talked with Brandon and were happy with how upfront and easy to talk to he was. After test driving other brands, we decided to come back the next day and wound up working with Karim. Karim was lots of fun to work with and easygoing. He was open about costs associated with the vehicle and didn't pressure us into anything. Both Brandon and Karim were great to work with and made the process an easy one.Prashan (our finance person) was also great and broke things down for us. I usually am one to avoid Go Auto but Go Kia is great and I recommend them!

Worst dealership I have ever deal with it.they can't keep there promises and once you purchase any car they don't even recognize you.i got all proof against them and I will file complaint against them to amivc about this transaction.fake inspection no work done and transferred me sales to service and back sales for three mmonths. Now finally give up and find a better solution to resolve my concerns.if any one buys a used cars please go any other place to get inspection done and then purchase a used car from them.

We have a very bad experience with this branch and the management. I do not advise anyone to buy from them. I bought a car less than a year ago, model 2023. After a short period, the engine light appeared. For more than five months, we have been suffering by going to the company and checking in, disrupting our work, being exposed to danger, and renting private cars for use, but we did not find a solution. Recently, we received bad treatment from one of the managers there, with indifference to our situation.

I have never had a more fantastic experience purchasing a car. The team at Go Kia South knew how important time was for me and helped me get back on the road swiftly. Justin St Martin did a great job on helping me with my experience. He knew what I was after, and we found a Rav 4 that was priced amazing and worked for my budget. From the moment I went in, I was valued and appreciated without the pushy salesman (or woman for all you woke people) tactics. The finance team did an even better job at getting me a competitive rate, and I left with a smile on my face and my heart. I will definitely be buying again from Go Kia South!

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership and will never purchase a vehicle from them again. I highly suggest others avoid them as well but if you do insist on going here I have some suggestions based on our experience:- Research AMVIC and their all-in pricing regulations. Things like the "AB Prep" package that the dealership will tell you is installed on all their vehicles should NOT be an additional cost on top of the vehicle list price- When you pick up your vehicle, inspect and make sure all parts of this "AB Prep" package are ACTUALLY there. We knew the winter floor mats were there but did not realize until we got home that the other 4 components (including block heater, battery blanket, etc) were never installed. Also if you get a set of winter tires ensure they are the right ones. We had a completely incorrect tire size installed on the vehicle and nobody noticed it until we pointed it out- If you are buying a hybrid or EV that should qualify for the iZEV rebate with Transport Canada, do your research on which vehicles qualify. Contact Transport Canada if you need confirmation on anything. This dealership tried telling us our vehicle didn't qualify and their reason made no sense based on what I had researched. We made them submit the paperwork anyway and, surprise surprise, they have now had to give us $5k- Ask to see any service or maintenance records on the vehicle before you buy it, whether it is brand new, a demo, or used vehicle. We purchased an "executive demo" with very low km on it and were told everything would be good to go when we picked it up. Not only was the battery not charged (hybrid vehicle), it was due for an oil change in the next 2 weeks. The service department informed us of this and sales (Gino specifically, not knowing we spoke to service already) tried to pass it off as forgetting to update the sticker- Perhaps the worst part of this whole experience is the fact that 2 or 3 days after we picked up the vehicle we got a call from the service department to schedule the warranty work for our vehicle. At no point during this purchase in writing or conversation with Josiah, Khandaker, Gino, or Isabel had ANYONE disclosed that this vehicle in fact had a problem with the wiring harness and the whole thing needed to be replaced. Vlad in service told us that they had advised Sales to not sell this vehicle until it was fixed, however Sales assured them they would let any potential buyers know. Clearly this did NOT happen. When we confronted Gino (sales manager) about this he said that Sales was not aware of the issue so in my mind there are 2 possible explanations here - managers either have no clue what is going on in this dealership or they know exactly what is going on and are scamming their customersI can't tell you how many hours we have spent arguing back and forth with people at this dealership to fix all these issues. I also can't tell you how many times in these conversations we heard Gino tell us "mistakes happen". One mistake I can understand, maybe even 2. However this has far exceeded what should be acceptable and I would even go as far as to consider some of these "mistakes" to be illegal.At this point we are stuck with this vehicle, if I knew we would have to go through all of this to get it I never would have set foot in the building. Unfortunately we still need to bring it here every few years for some maintenance things specific to this dealership but they will be getting no further business from us or anybody that we know is looking to purchase a vehicle.
