I live closest to this location and appreciate that this one has the Women’s only section. However, the equipment maintenance, paper towel upkeep has room for improvement in this area. The TVs are generally sporadically working, and are all usually set to SportsNet lol. Women’s change room needs a bit of love also and more regular cleaning.

Solid GoodLife gym. Lots of space, but some of the machines could use a touch up. Usually decently busy, but it's big enough that you can always find a space to workout.

Do not feel safe working out here. Kayla the manager is just cashing in her checks and doesn’t do her job. strangers just walk right in and steal stuff so a word advice for the people coming here and the people working there be kind and help people . ✌️

I would not recommend coming here . The negligence and incompetency of the staff is beyond me. You would imagine that you would be able to track down down a thief in a facility where you have to check into. I believe management does not put there members as a priority and I would deter people from joining this gym. You are putting your valuables at risk by joining this gym.

My sister’s aritiza coat stolen from the ladies locker room. The front desk associate didn’t event bother to take down her details properly or fill the incident form. Extremely unhelpful staff. Will be contacting police and corporate

*(After sitting on the massage chair and observing for a couple days after my workout, I'm convinced there is a clear pattern on who gets greeted and who doesn't. It actually makes it worse that there is preferential treatment. Talk about making it a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.Goodlife will welcome everyones money though)*This gym has one of the worst customer service and I have been to gym's across 3 countries and 4 provinces.The one "healthy" girl with glasses needs a lesson or two in customer service. The least a welcome desk representative can do is to greet/welcome you. That is also too much to expect from Goodlife it seems.Very often there is no soap/ lotion in dispensers. The vents in the locker room looks like of an abandoned warehouse and the steam room works 3/12 months on average if you get lucky .If you don't care about these things the gym is decent because they have the necessary equipment but don't expect anything else. I'm now concerned for the nightmare situation when I need to cancel my membership. I trust they will not make it easy based on others feedback.

I’ve been going to this Southpark location for a few years and I’ve always felt welcomed. The staff at front desk are very friendly, especially Amanda. She has a great memory of faces and names. Always ready with a smile to greet and wish you a great workout. When Amanda’s on watch, If there’s anything in the gym that’s lacking, she’s on it!

I have been attending GoodLife Fitness at the Southpark location for the past year. It is a welcoming place and the staff are very helpful. I especially appreciate Erin A., and Amanda at the front desk. They go above and beyond in their service. Amanda, in particular, checks on clients throughout the gym and attends the change rooms to ensure they are neat and tidy. I appreciate it when she does that!

A big thank you to the folks working the front desk at GoodLife Southpark! Most are usually warm and welcoming when I come for my workouts but Amanda goes above and beyond! She knows me by name, gives me positive encouragement and always asks how my workout was. In an industry known for being shallow, it’s so nice to find someone who genuinely cares about the clients.

Many times there is no Shampoo in thr bath room.Please check it continuously ?Some staff are very unwelcoming and rude

I got my membership cancelled after almost 2 years. It was a great start and so motivating to go here before. Since doing a makeover of the gym, the womens area also got smaller. The additional equipments made us squished and almost can’t perform a workout most especially at peak hours.
