We've been with Gray Insurance for probably 8 years now. A young couple that needed insurance in all things and didn't know where to start.
Maureen was wonderful walking us through the process. Over the years she's helped us countless times and answered even more questions. Incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She always remembers our little family ?

Old guy there doesn't know what he's doing and can't take your info properly or hear what you are saying. Can't get my name properly then says he can't help me untill some lady comes back next week. All I wanted was licence plates.

I caused a serious car collision with a bunch of little people in a beetle. Totally my fault buy Gray insurance did their magic and my premium only went up 45%. Thank you! I will never drive while watching anime again as i have learned my lesson.

Was insured through Gray. Wonderful people, very kind very patient. Had a rough year with a stolen car and a few months later had a classic truck written off, they walked me through things and were amazing people. They deserve your business folks.

The most important thing about having insurance is to have an Insurance Broker; to help negotiate the policy that is right for you and if required to communicate on your behalf to the insurance company. Gray Insurance Agency is a family run business that has been at the same location for many many years. Since our move to Edmonton, they have consistently made strides to find the right Company, the policy and the coverage that suits my needs. We have 2 cars, 2 trucks and a motorcycle on policies. Also a house and a rental is looked after. How can you buy insurance from a teller in a bank especially when considering a policy rider or dicussion between over insured or under protected? A broker is in business for you. Parking on one way lot enter from 160th Ave at 82 Street. Drive slow in lot, as busy parking traffic combining 2 lots and a lane. More parking seasonally on street or across the street at BNS or Remax. They always know my name and appreciate me as a customer. Thanks Derick, Maureen, Evette, Bob and Janet.
