Was there in morning , check in with 0mins , still waited 15 mins ! (What’s the point for check in?) starting cut to finish 5mins , after cut I had pointed out some uneven cut, she told me it was my head ! After I have got home took a shower I found out it looks horrible on 5different spots of uneven cut!I have paid 32 dollars for the cut ! I don’t think the money was worth it! Horrible customer service!

Go to this place if you want to play Russian Roulette with your hairline. . .
There's genuinely competent and great hairstylists, but there are also some really bad hairstylists here too. Whenever I get my hair done here, I either get unlucky to get someone bad or relieved to get someone good. This will be the last time I will be getting my hair done here because I'm done feeling dread over who does my hair.

Am almost 50 yrs old and had hair cut hundreds of times. This is the first time I had a hair cut which last 4m52s and I paid almost $30. It seems that I had to tell the lady if each and every hair on my head needs to be cut. Typing my name and phone number on her computer took longer than my hair cut. Really regretted paying $30 of my hard work money. After I came home asked my wife to use my trimmer to make it better. Not going there again and highly do not recommend this place, 1Star is more than enough.
