Don’t buy anything online!
I ordered two weeks ago on their website and never received any shipment confirmation so I reached out to them by email and instragram. They saw my message on their Instagram and never responded to me. Then, I decided to call them (I speak very poorly in english so I was stressed) only to learn that they had sold the backpack in their store so they couldnt send it over. So why did it took you two weeks to realize that? Why do I have to call and send multiple messages to you to know what’s happening two weeks later and to be refund? I understand you dont have a warehouse but I feel like my order wasnt prioritized and the item was sold in your store probably days after I purchased it. Very deceiving…

The staff was so nice and the jewellery is gorgeous but if you are allergic or sensitive to certain metals I would maybe avoid the jewellery here. I bought a necklace and a bracelet and after one day of wearing them, I've broken out in itchy rashes and almost a week later my skin is still reacting even with medications.

Okay lol I rarely write bad reviews but my friend and I went to Southgate specifically for ring shopping and we stopped in this store and tried on a bunch, before I checked out I asked the girls working there if the rings tarnish easily, and I realize workers aren’t generally won’t say anything bad about there products but they answered no there jewlery is high quality so I ended up purchasing a ring and not even an hour later when I got home and was wearing the ring around my finder turned a very bright green color from the ring and now has been progressively lossing it’s color and turning copper and sadly I can’t say I garden however my thumb is so green that it looks like I could be a pro… super sad but just be aware of this when choosing there jewelry :(

This store is my favorite to visit, they have such wonderful selection of vegan leather goods. The staff are friendly and polite.

I walked past the store and a wallet caught my eye. Went in just to browse and the sales person was amazing! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was I had of caught their name! Will definitely be back and I love my new wallet!

Amazingly unique and high quality costume as well as designer jewelery! A really good spot for unique gifts! Matt and Nat being in such huge supply, and really lovely clothing selection.. you can't go wrong plus! Plus it's owned by a woman! Locally!

This place is horrible. Not the staff, everyone on the floor is incredible. The owner is the most insufferable awful human to ever run a business. I have spoken to multiple former employees and when working there they were not allowed to use the bathroom at all during their shift to the point where they had to call in other employees to cover in order to not be verbally abused by the owner. Horrible store do not patronize this business.

So sick of seeing the tall white employee without a mask on. All other staff members are smart enough to wear a mask on shift but she consistently does not. People are going to start boycotting the store if your employee does not cover their mouth.

Lovely little boutique store specializing in fashion accessories and handbags. Great for gifts. Carries a large selection of Matt and Nat bags. Very friendly staff and fair prices.
