Had a terrible experience; the girl at the billing counter was extremely rude. There was no customer service at all. I won't be visiting again.

Went to the accessory store to look around the jewelry as i was trying the earrings on the lady came and talked very unprofessionally and rudely that i can’t wear jewelry or if you wear that you have to buy but there was no sign stating that statement instead of approaching a customer politely she raised her voice and started yelling. She asked her co worker to discard that piece of item as i tried it on which shows a sign of being totally arrogant and full of attitude.The lady with blonde hair claiming be the store of her own needs to be terminated and work on her language. She has zero customer service and minus sense of humour and respect towards people

Visited store….I made a purchase. Worst customer service the sales women were holding their phones in hands one was texting other one was talking to someone “handfree”. They showed 0 interest in customers. Even they did not said thank u for making purchase.I said thank uu two times I got 0 response.

Zero People skill of one of the managers name starting with S ( store which has clothing ). Try to charge me more than it was displaying on the shelf. When I shown my concern , instead of resolving , she started arguing . Customer oriented skills should be improved .
