For Tax filing please come to this very location, you will be Wow with the service you will receive this location, very professional and knowledgeable too, this goes to the man at the front desk, thank you for an exceptional customer service, Jim Khang you are a genius, great smile and ask all the necessary questions, long story short I want to say a very big thank you for helping me with my tax return filing and letting me know about T2202 tuition fee which I had no idea what that was. I always file my taxes every year and no one has told me such nor ask me…. Until I came in contact with you at your location… thank you ?

Worst experience ever , i made an appointment and the expert ask me if i am and immigrant and she say i cant help you and walk away , the receptionist also doesn't have sistem or any idea of what's was going on , really bad experience for me this is my first time doing my taxes and i really want to ask questions but they don't give me any chance to do that, they were just rude , they only make me waste my time, worse service ever !

Terrible, Everything was wrong. What did I pay for? I filed 3 years. owed more taxes than they said I would according to my reassessment , I got no refund from the other year I got a refund. and got less of a refund than they said for the final year.All around incorrect filings and he was so confident and even gave me the dates I would see the refunds. All of it was a lie. I will be seeking a refund for H&R Blocks services.

Had a pretty bad experience here. They make paying difficult (can't be in cash) and I'm pretty sure my refund was wrong as this was the lowest amount of money I've ever gotten back and I was in school for half the year so I should've gotten more back. Don't come here if you're looking to get the most back they are garbage at getting money in your pocket. They just care about getting paid.

My taxes were done in 2 hours. Our meeting wad very good. Ì walked out with my refund cheque. It doesn't get better than that.

Rude and what seems to be inexperienced personnel. Little bit of a longer story short - I walked out of my tax return appointment, biting my tongue. Such disrespect and unprofessionalism, I should’ve listened to previous reviews - stay CLEAR of this location!!!!

They wouldnt give my papers back after I found out that they charge $135 before they will file it but I'm on low income I cant afford it they should have told me before they went ahead and figured myself not knowing the fee.

Last year at your location, a female accountant assisted me with my taxes, I wish I could remember her name. I am living overseas now and was hoping she could help me with my taxes again, will it be possible? Or can someone please advise how to move forward?

David does not understand taxes and should not be working there. He is rude and unprofessional, he accused me of lying about ny taxes even though he did not have enough information to make that claim. He is arrogant and dismissive. He yelled at me and cut me off continually. Avoid this location they are not properly trained on taxes or customer service.

I cant speak for the competency of this particular office as I did not end up getting my taxes filed from them. I called them earlier and explained in detail about how I was filing my taxes for the first time. I asked them how much they would charge and they said $50 to $60 and not more (on a recorded line). I told them that I would arrive in an hour which I did and I also brought a friend along who also needed to file his taxes. After taking all of our information and getting us to sign the documents. They charged us around $100 per person. They refused to give us a refund at first and said that it was an mistake and that we would have to pay. The staff was VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. We had to wait for 30 minutes just to get a refund .I would strongly recommend to either go to another branch, or find another tax firm for your taxes. But if in case you have the misfortune of proceeding with this firm do double check the costs and get what ever you agree with them in writing before you proceed with your taxes.
