Went to buy a new suit for my upcoming wedding. Pan Junxiu was the associate and she did a phenomenal job. She took the measurements and got it to fit exactly how I wanted it to. On a couple points, she made suggestions different from what I initially indicated, and turns out she was absolutely right every time. She also said typical turnaround time was 5 weeks, borderline for the wedding, but I had an old suit as a backup so I decided to chance it. It arrived in just 3 weeks. Thank you Pan, couldn't have asked for better!

Personally I hate everything about my Harry Brand suits, I hate the fit, I hate the material, I hate how they wear. I’m going to give these suits to goodwill if another tailor can’t fix them, all 6 or 7 of them, some have never been worn. I’ll go back to my previous tailor downtown. It’s a bit more inconvenient but my previous tailor made suits lasted years were fantastic and wore like a comfortable pair of jeans, you didn’t even notice them. So disappointed.

Best shop in Edmonton to buy formal wear!! Mohammed and Rayyan were both super helpful. Lovely gentlemen. They took care of all my needs from the get-go. 11/10 service. A sweet touch- they even carried my bags to my car.

As a long time Harry Rosen client, it’s unfortunate I felt compelled to write a negative review on a store I once enjoyed and regularly frequented.
My first visit since the reopening was disappointing, not because of the renovation, but rather due to the seemingly new ownership strategy and overpriced brands being marketed. The selection and scale of affordable to high end designer brand cost is gone. Everything is overpriced to the point where shopping at actual designer shops is the more affordable choice. The store featured a supposed 65% sale of seasonal goods that included next to no goods, hence the store was virtually empty.
I really don’t like that I’m writing such a negative review, but my feeling is that if the Rosen strategy isn’t modified to realistic market conditions, it won’t make it in Edmonton.
On a final note, the previous long term staff has been largely replaced with younger and much less knowledgeable/professional sales people, and this also doesn’t bode well for the long term health store.
Sorry, but that’s my opinion.

I would like give a big shout out to Rayyan at this store. He had a keen eye for assisting me in completing the outfits I had in mind. He even took the time to drive the tailored items to my home. Harry Rosen really does provide a great buying experience in person and even online.

I was excited to visit after hearing the store finally reopened, but my experience was disappointing. Upon entering, no one greeted me. I waited in the shoe section for a solid 10 minutes without any assistance and ended up trying on the display shoe myself. Even after walking around the store, not a single staff member acknowledged me, not even with a simple hello.
This is unacceptable, especially considering my experience at the nearby Nike store where I was greeted by six different people eager to help. If you're planning to visit, I would recommend ordering online instead, as I overheard a staff member mentioning they offer the same sales online.
Terrible customer service and I will be more than happy to share my experience with colleagues.

Wow! Such amazing customer service! Corey Brown and Bryhana Gomez walked me through ordering my custom suit for my wedding. They made it an incredibly fun experience for my mom and I, which was very important to us. Very special moment. Super happy with how everything went I highly recommend seeing them both.

I can’t wait for the new location to open! Jodi usually assists me when I am shopping. She is extremely helpful and I trust her opinion. I’ve found most of the staff to be welcoming and helpful. Great store and a great team!

We tried a few different places in WEM looking for a wedding tux and got no customer service. Jalal at Harry Rosen made our experience personalized and memorable picking out a custom tux that fit perfect and made for incredible wedding photos
