Jaden (I hope thats spelt correctly) was extremely nice over the phone and said I am more than welcome to bring her in. When I arrived he immediately asked if I needed help finding anything and was super easy to chat with. His work groupchat also knew I had called to ask about my dog coming in, and wanted pictures of her (which is too sweet!!) so we took some pics and were on our way!
