This Auto body shop is not working for us. They are working for insurance company. Because of the accident I had, one tire was damaged and three other tires must be replaced. I have been spared from incurring unnecessary expenses. Their job is to save the insurance company money as much as possible . Learn from my mistakes

My vehicle went to CSN Herbers east in Edmonton after I was rear ended. The estimator was quick and receiving the authorization from the insurance happened the same day and the vehicle was booked in for the following week. The repairs were estimated to take 10 days, but they only took 6 days. My vehicle was returned to its great shape again very pleased with the work that has been done.

The work they did was great, and they even detailed it which I didn’t expect! It gave a new car smell which was a nice touch after an accident! Giving three stars because the communication was poor. I had to call and follow up repeatedly, and when they did call me they gave incorrect info.

Herbers was exceptional with repair and going above and beyond to detail my car, having the bumper fixed.
I wished they would have called ahead of time to let me know when it would be ready, they only said Friday.

Brought my car in for paint repair from someone keying it, and wasnt too happy about the end result. Thankfully Glen called me to bring it back in and personally made sure I was happy with the finished product. Great integrity and they stand beside their work
