If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Herbers West Edmonton has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. I took my vehicle in for basic repairs, and what I got back was a car in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. After they had my vehicle for 32 days, my insurance company contacted them for an update. Only then did they admit that their dent removal subcontractor had damaged several pieces while doing the repairs and that they were waiting for parts. Instead of addressing the damage properly, the subcontractor glued the broken pieces back together, clearly hoping I wouldn't notice. The glued pieces didn't hold when they tried to replace the headliner so they had to order the parts. I also discovered missing interior parts, exposed wiring, and a piece of duct tape labeled "damaged" stuck to my trunk. To top it off, I found a random broken-off part in my cup holder with no indication of where it belonged. Beyond the physical damage, the service at Herbers West was dismissive and unhelpful. My original service provider and the receptionist showed little concern for my situation and offered no real assistance. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they couldn't even find a record of my damage deposit payment--even though they remembered me paying it. I had to refuse to pay again. I eventually connected with a service advisor that was helpful, but there wasn't much he could do to help at that point. After all of this, they handed me a $100 gift card as if that could make up for the stress, dishonesty, and damage I endured. I brought in a well-maintained vehicle for basic repairs, and it was returned to me in significantly worse condition, with damage from bumper to bumper. I am still unsure of the full extent of the issues caused by this repair process. Save yourself the headache--Herbers West Edmonton and their third-party repair partners cannot be trusted. Take your business elsewhere.

Very bad experience and service. Huge bill for small repairs. I am sure they made profit of more than $5000 with a little damages in my car. Really stupid people. Dont go this place in South Edmonton, Parsons Rd location

Herbers is great! They did a great job at fixing multiple things that were wrong with my car and we’re very friendly doing so I would recommend them highly!

I interacted with Bryanne at Herbers autobody. She was very helpful and ready to solve my problem. Pricewise also she offered me very competitive rates. I would recommend Herbers to everyone

First, it took them 4 months to fix my vehicle, everytime I call them , recording days they'll get back to me within 24 but they don't, they also damaged by truck during the repair and I still haven't received anything to the status of the dent that occurred. Very disappointed

The team at Herbers South did an excellent job repairing my front bumper, along with other issues that weren’t immediately visible. When I first got back in my car, there was a slight delay due to some dashboard codes. The team quickly cleared the codes, and I haven’t had a problem since.?

Quick to give quotation on repair charges without any delay. The repairs done on our car was perfect, and on time. Shuttle service was also excellent. No complaints from the day I contacted them till the day I got my car back after repairs.

Due to a rear end accident, I was at Herbers South about 5 years ago. Last month, I noticed that my car is getting some rust and showed to Herbers because they have done some work on it. Herbers fixed the rust and painted without any questions. On top of it, Herbers detailed the car from inside. Very impressed from the service they have provided me. Keep it up!

I was having my driver door replaced at Herbers south in Edmonton and the entire process was painless and so easy. They took care of calling the car rental to pick me up, reception desk persons were very pleasant. My car was even done a day earlier than expected. Great service and my new car door is great!

I am very happy with my experience with CSN Herbers. They were very quick in fixing the roof moulding of my car. When it was time for pick up, my car looked very shiny! They cleaned/detailed the inside of my car too! It's also very convenient that they offer shuttle to transport us to and from the shop. The staff are very nice and friendly. Great Job everyone!
