My Only complaint is inventory as lots of items are sold out even when I visited it before doesn’t seem to ever get stocked up and barely any options for drinks as mostly sold out aswell
Staff was nice tho
I’ll probably only return for last minute stops

I have never seen such great customer service in Edmonton!!!! The new owners have really really changed this store for the better. Better prices than other stores and so friendly and polite. If you want to shop somewhere where they treat you proper... This is the place. I'm so glad I found them.

The name was unfortunately a bit deceptive. I was hoping to see an exciting variety of drinks, interesting/healthy snacks (Fentiman's, perhaps something beyond chips like interesting jerky, dried fruit, vegan gummies, smoothies), and it was just your regular gas station fare. Damaged boxes holding cans of pop, bathrooms unavailable--I was hoping for a north side Windermere feeling and left feeling pretty "meh".

Best customer service and I recommend everyone to go there and help their business to grow .the are very friendly and kind. Even if you are short to for paying they still serve you with kindnesses and smile .
I went there I was short in money and didn’t had my wallet on me the still served me with kindness. The day after I went back to pay them back and the owner smiled and all he said it’s ok brother don’t worry .
You won’t regret if you go there once . Just do it

Stopped by to rent a Uhaul today and had the pleasure of meeting the new owners of HighEnd Convenience Store. The store is clean and well organized, with a good variety of items, snacks and treats. They also carry a selection of packing and moving supplies. Very helpful and kind owners!

I am always on the road and this store by far is one of the best convenience stores in Edmonton. They have a vast variety of food and snacks plus the staff is so warm and helpful. Commendable service!!!!!

This convenience store is a gem - always stocked with everything I need, and the owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! It's clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of snacks and essentials! 100% recommended!

With new new owners/managers I can see the potential of this business. The new owners are nice people trying to improve on what was already there. I hope anyone with negative reviews is willing to support them in the future. It's nice to have a convenient store so close for those emergency needs of milk, eggs or whatever you need in a pinch, they are open to suggestions on improvement let's support them.
