My experience was truly wonderful! Ayesha went above and beyond helping me match necklaces and pendants while describing the contents in the necklace due to skin sensitivity. They were so kind and very patient with me which made the experience surreal! They continued by pairing and showing me different combinations which gave me many more ideas and finally advised me on current offers to maximize my purchase. Ayesha’s efforts are very appreciated and I will definitely be coming back to relive the Hillberg & Berk experience.

Ayesha and Harley were absolutely AMAZING such good vibes and truly amazing people to be around! Couldn’t have asked for better help :) without a doubt will be returning and bringing people with me! Wow, what an amazing shopping experience I had with Hannah and Jacey! They were so helpful and engaging, they were excited to help me pick things out and got me to try a pair of hoops which I had been eyeing. They were both so knowledgeable and friendly! I felt like I was shopping with friends, will definitely be driving to West Ed to visit this location and get these lovely ladies to help me again! What great personalities to represent the brand! 11/10 highly recommend!!!!!!

Olivia and Becca are rock stars at the WEM location . My daughter received a tennis bracelet for her birthday and unfortunately the first one had a faulty clasp . No problem getting it exchange . Then o er the weekend the second one broke ! Once again the girls came through and exchanged it for another ! I love this company for this reason . Never an issue exchanging or returning items . Great quality ! Awesome job ladies

My wife was looking for a specific set of earrings for herself & her Mom, same ones our daughter had been given by her fiance'. My wife emailed the Kingsway Mall location and learned they had been discontinued. She explained the reason behind her wanting the 2 sets (upcoming daughters wedding) and the lady, Habon, said she would see what she could do. My wife got an email a couple of hours later stating she had found 2 sets at the WEM store. Upon arriving to pick up the earrings not only were the staff pleasant to deal with she was also given a much better price on the earrings. Once again this company and staff have taken the time to help out a customer, something many other businesses have forgotten how to do....Thank you Habon and the staff at both locations of Hillberg & Berk !

I have always had such great experiences while shopping with Hillberg and Berk. I went today to exchange some discoloured earrings out under warranty and the lady was extremely nice and friendly. I love their products and will recommend to friends.

I was there last month and was helped by Layal (I hope I spelled her name right). She was really wonderful and patient. I have never purchased anything from the store before so had lots of regarding their products and warranty. Since then I have visited the Kingsway location and was not impressed with the customer service I received there.

Will purposely NOT buy from this location. Both times I made or purchase or had a question, was given attitude and treated poorly. It is unfortunate that H&B is all about empowering women, yet the couple of staff members I had dealt with were disrespectful.
