"Misleading Business Practices"
I purchased used roof rails from the owner of this business. When my wife went to pick them up, she was not given the keys and was not informed that they were missing. I later that night contacted the seller and was told that the keys were not included and that I would need to get them from a locksmith to use the rails on my car.
This information was not disclosed in the product listing or during our negotiations. Such an omission is misleading and a poor way to conduct business.
Given the essential nature of keys for roof rails, it is reasonable to expect that this information would be provided to potential buyers. He took advantage of the fact my wife picked up the item.
I would not ever trust them to work on my car if I needed work done.

These guys are awesome, my car is sparkling inside and out. Didn't even realize they offer other services like oil and tire changes. Will definitely be using in the future. Highly recommend.
