I politely asked the store manager about the return policy and he was incredibly rude and frankly didn’t know what he was talking about because I called other stores and they gave me different answer. I’ll never shop here again. The reason I called is because I bought an area rug two months ago and it’s falling apart already. Terrible products terrible management team . You deserve zero stars

I like the other staffs and the store. But the old blonde lady with glasses is not nice. She’s rude! Like literally, rude. How come she’s the only staff who’s not approachable in that store? I know everybody is different but most of the staffs are smiling and very approachable except for her and she’s on the Cashier?? I understand that she might be tired from the job, but please try not to be rude to your customers. We customers are also tired trying to make a living. Everybody is going through something, so please I will repeat.. please try not be rude to your customers. :) Thank you.

Cannot view products online, it says to find a store. I'm not wasting time and fuel to go look when every other company allows you to view products online. We bought a bedroom set from here a few years ago and had good service, but that's probably the last thing I'll buy off of them unless they change their website.

I went today Monday 19 February 2024 Novia treated me horrible, I had a return and she was looking at her watch. Giving me actitud, made me put all my decir out and rolling her eyes on me. This behaviour shouldn’t be allowed at any store. I’m more than upset the way she treated me. And I won’t return to this location.
