This bank is impossible to contact to make simple transactions. I have waited on hold, left for dead, for over an hour twice while attempting to report a lost card. This bank has no basic respect for it's client's time.

This is branch had the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. My account was inactive, so the bank closed it. I went to reactivate my account. The teller employee seemed rude and kept asking me if I expect to use it as there’s “4.5 $ fee for using” She kept asking this several times as if I am a beggar.

False information given to us about international money transfer. Was told we could transfer $150000 dollars in one transaction. Come the time when we wanted to make a transaction we were told it was $50000. Opened an account on the basis of 150000. Vey poor service! No worthy of a single star!

Very odd and rude customer service from the tellers, and it happened quite some times so it may represent a norm. Never seen HSBC branch or any other bank dealing with customers this way. I highly recommend avoiding this specific branch by all means.

Navdeep has been a great help to us. He got approved in 3 days given HSBC approval time in past. Plus the rates and cash back were worth the wait. Overall great experience.

Horrible customer service, it's as if they don't want customers.They gave me the run around several times before I was finally able to open an account, but then they never gave me my debit card. When I went in and asked them about it they said the account was never opened.

Aweful customer service from a few employees. Doesn't open on time. Thinking about getting big bills changed into smaller ones? Forget about it. It's a huge hassle for them to do that part of their job. One time, I wanted to make a deposit because the drop box was broken, and I told them I didn't have my key on me and they just went back to their things and ignored me.

We went in in December 2017 to complete forms to open a TFSA with HSBC invest direct. We were helped quickly, with no issues. We did a lot during our appointment. They have helped me ever since.
