Avoid this car wash if you can, car wash quality is extremely bad as after washing your car you feel like your car needs a car wash. Staff provides good service but helpless.

Car wash is the worse here. Most of the time nothing happens during the pre soak step and your car is still dirty in the end.

I am extremely disappointed with the car wash at co-op. My recent experiences have been poor: firstly, the touchless soap doesn’t work, it’s just water spraying from the machine, secondly the machinery is very old, and looks like it needs to be replaced like silverberry co-op. Something needs to be changed. I went in to let them know about this, and he said to contact the manager through email, and when I asked for the email, he said he doesn’t have it. I have to find the managers email online. Truly disappointed

The car wash has no pressure and the sprayer in the front doesn’t even spray towards the car a total waste of money go to the silver berry co op instead

The person on the front counter have zero customer service skills. I said hello and he was in his ego didn’t reply me back. Very bad customer service mannerless person.

DO NOT USE THEIR CARWASH. I never go here but I had to while I was passing by. The jets face THE GROUND instead of the front of the car. Then they say you should’ve come inside right away to get a rewash when they already wasted my time fiddling with the car wash with other cars in front of me. The attendant KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG and didn’t stop the rest of the cars from entering. Didn’t get a refund either.

Went for a carwash.. and my carwash was undone.. still with soap on my car, was not rinse.. and no drying time or whatsover..
I went inside to ask and said my carwash was not done and I think their carwash thing is broken..
Never heared sorry or anything from the guy who works there, Nov 22, 1:57pm.. and asking me instead if it was a touchless or soft touch, which I have no idea, it was my 1st time hearing those option from all other Coop Carwash I’ve been through.. I don’t recall seeing those options on the gas pump screen as well.. He even said, “I don’t understand”. If customer is frustrated from the experience, please start of apology right away, that’s basic customer service, period.

Came to grab few drinks and Rimmi welcomed me with a smile, it’s hard to find good service these days. Overall it was great interaction and store was clean

Don’t buy the unlimited car wash. Terrible long lineups, waiting forever. Totally not worth it
