Purolator drop off is a joke. The teller suggested a shipper provided return label is not accepted and I need another one. Purolator website literally suggest they should print from QR code if they need to. Lazy unaccommodating staff.

Absolute terrible customer service and ignorant lady who works at the store. Inside the place is visually dirty, clerk made it clear she does not care if customers are happy or if they return. So I won't
