I & S Mart Convenience Store continuously fails to hold onto Purolator packages for the 5 days required. We have had multiple issues with I & S not having a purolator package they are supposed to. They have sent back packages after only 1 or 3 days. Whether this be an internal issue at I & S or their communication with Purolator, their regard for customer’s packages is disappointing. When concerns have been expressed, the customer service returned shows zero care or compassion. If you are to be entrusted with peoples packages then their should be clear communication regarding where they mysteriously left to - especially when it contains medical supplies.

The phone number listed doesn't work ,it looks like they are not professional ,there is no way to contact them except by going to the store.Such a joke!

Purolator drop off is a joke. The teller suggested a shipper provided return label is not accepted and I need another one. Purolator website literally suggest they should print from QR code if they need to. Lazy unaccommodating staff.

A great place to order your bubble tea.. I love how they make it ❤️. Plenty of choices flavours.. a friendly staff.they do sell some Filipino stuff like food, breads, etc. it’s also nice that they do delivery stuff. There was one day I wasn’t home and Purolator drop my package to them instead of leaving it outside the entrance door wherein no guarantee that you will get it..
