I was just there 11:15AM , May 05, 2024 and the lady gave me an attitude, saying i dont have a record in there and she needs to make a new file. I told here i regularly go there and she asked me when was the last time. She says, "if its last year. then thats a long time so you dont have a record anymore". I gave her my ID and my phone number and she still insist , i dont have a record in there. I asked her, "so how often do you discard records, because i often go here, did you changed your system"?, is that the reason you need my info again to make a new record and she gets irritated that she has to open another computer as i told her i dont remember the exact address info of the adress i need to have the money delivered to. I called on her that she is being rude again as i definitely remembered her giving me the same attitude few months ago. Good thing there was another employee back then to help me, instead of her. And then she refused to give me service when i told her, she has no costumer service etiquette at all. I asked her name and she wont even give me. THEY JUST LOST A LOYAL COSTUMER for 12 years. It seems this lady doesn't love her job, i was her first costumer that morning and was the only one there at that time, yet she cant even serve me properly.

Here's a review about a rude employee:
*Disappointing Experience with Unfriendly Staff*
My wife recently visited i Remit at WEM on May 5th of 2024 and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed due to the unacceptable behavior of one of the employees. While the establishment itself was clean and well-maintained, the rude attitude and unprofessional demeanor of the staff member my wife interacted with greatly overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit.
The employee in question was unfriendly, dismissive, and condescending, making me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. When my wife asked for assistance, she was met with a sigh and a roll of the eyes, followed by a curt and unhelpful response. Despite my wife's attempts to remain patient and polite, the employee continued to display a poor attitude, making it clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service.
As a loyal customer, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it's unfortunate that this employee failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. We hope that management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all employees are providing a positive experience for customers.
*Rating:* 1/5 stars
*Recommendation:* Until the staff is better trained to provide good customer service, we would not recommend this establishment to others.

RUDE (women) employee , beware of this person (around afternoon shift) , as per transaction her name is Laiza Umali (dated Feb 07, 2024 time 7:25pm), correct me if I'm wrong maybe they're using only their log in name to the system.

Worst remittance center ever! Took more than a week then would tell you they have a glitch on their system so opt for door to door they say. So I changed to door too door then they said they only do it in Metro Manila. So I just cancelled my transaction

Rude employee, Her name on the receipt is Naradel C, Sent money to myself because im going back home, she ask me to check if the informations are correct before paying and i noticed that i forgot to include my middle initial on the form that i filled out so i ask her if she can still add my middle initial on the system so i don’t have any problems claiming it back home but automatically said she can’t, REALLY? So what if she spelled my name incorrect? So she can’t go back ang correct it?

Bad service, delayed sterling visa deposit. I’m a loyal customer for more than 10 yrs. But something bad happens in their service these past days. I will not recommend this company anymore.

After waiting for nearly 2 hours, the lady at the till rude and condescending, and after all that waiting they told us that we actually need to fill up a longer form that could have been done if the staff had put the right paper out the first time.

I am impressed with the service that the staff provided to me.its above and beyond of my expectations..the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable..they know how to handle and resolved customer needs and issue.thank you Marinelle and Aga (not sure about the guy name lol) you guys deserve a raise??
