Finali friends recommend me to place i can trust ,the quality of service . I would recommend anyone to use this place for any work that needs to be done on their vehicles. Was there two times and Diana was great with accommodation for appointment . Secont time front end work on my truck John was great to assist and take care of the problem in few hrs that other shops might take all day . With any isues I feel comfortable going back.

Driving to work with spongey brakes, was recommended Ideal and I am very thankful for that recommendation. Diane was very helpful, and there was clear communication about the quote and any changes to the quote. They were timely and their rates are fair.

We had absolutely amazing experience with the shop. Diane, John, and unfortunetaly I don't remember the name of the mechanic who initially did the diagnostics, were absolutely awesome. We brought the truck for the alignment, and additional problems were found. As the truck is constantly on the road, we asked for the quick service. Diane managed to squeeze us between other appointments, and it was finished very quickly. We really appreciate your honest approach to the customers, and the great customer service. A very positive experience! We needed a service & 4 new tires . John did the legwork & found us a good year round tire . We drove from Edmonton to Toronto for Christmas needless to say had to deal with serious winter conditions. The car performed perfectly . Many thanks ! We'll be using Ideal Auto as long as we live in Edmonton
