Make sure you check if your cabinets are in stock or not or if you need someone to grab them for you. It took them an hour to grab ours from the back when they told us 15min..

Was a great day, found what we wanted and I LOVE their hot dogs but they need relish, unless I didn't see it.

The quality of the IKEA restaurant decreased a lot in this past year, my family used to come here all the time but today we were incredibly disappointed. Many things were not working including the soda machine and the ketchup dispenser. Our food came cold and the portion sizes have become comedically small. It was super busy and they were very understaffed, with only one cashier to serve the super long line. It’s clear they can not handle a lunch rush. The prices have went up while the size and quality went down. Do better.

If I could rate a 0 I would. Had no choice but to use the click and collect service in store as they had no option to get from their bins. We'll 3 chairs, you would imagine should take maybe tops 15-20 minutes to grab after purchasing. We'll, 45 minutes later and they still can't get their crap together. No clue on how much longer. Will never shop at ikea again in my life.

I love finding little trinkets and dodad's for the home at IKEA, I wanted to have a snack in the cafeteria , but being celiac, IKEA has nothing I can eat safely.

I feel the real picture of how a company operates can be seen in how they handle exceptions. We took a plant, expensive one and replanted it from the plastic carrying pot. It died and we tried to return it. The reps in that section behave like they are doing us a favour. It’s good to have a line up system, appreciate that. We asked if the return was possible, my car was parked right outside the door and I went out to get the pot and they kicked us out of the queue. My time is not free time, making us rejoin the queue for a 10 second wait? Then they say unless that garbage plastic carrying pot is kept it can not be returned. It has to be replanted, that flimsy plaastik broke in pieces and e should have kept it? Didn’t say that when you buy it then how do you enforce it when someone is returning. Apart from this, the way they communicate is disgusting. All the reps who were there on November 8, at 1835 misbehaved and were loud. Total nonsense behaviour and such poor customer service. If IKEA does not say what they need at the time of selling, and their response was the product is damaged??? A dead plant and damaged? Jeff was the rude and loud person, and his boss Francis was the supervisor who was briefed by Jeff whose ego got hurt because apparently I was being persistent. He spoken language skills were low and he thought I was being rude? He and Francis laughed at us. A supervisor snd this is their skill set? For a 50 dollar item, they have lost our business for ever. I am so disappointed. Such poor customer service skills from FRANCIS the supervisor and Jeff the rep. They both teamed up and behaved like it was a war. Very disappointing.

Customer service sucks. They have huge line ups and they have closed 2 lanes of self check outs.
I was asked to go back to warehouse from check out because one of the item was not available in the isle area.
Always a pain visiting Ikea.

So slow on the orders now, you can wait 30 min average for what use to take you 5 minutes to find before. Their TV shows times and they really mean nothing.
Also the blue sticky protective wrap takes forever to remove if any IKEA people are actually reading this.
